In an attempt to quench our people's thirst, the government of Creegin established a trade relationship with Vizzen to supply us with soda. Now several days after recieving our first shipment, it is apparent that this soda is highly addictive.
Vendors have quadrupled the price and once law abiding citizens are resorting to crime in order to get their next soda fix. While we have a strong police force to combat crime, our budget can not support addictions counceling and rehab programs.
