As you are well aware, our two nations have had tensions between them. We have come close to war multiple times, forced threats upon eachother. I wish for this to stop. I request that I be allowed to come to your marvelous nation to work out a peace, or at least neutrality, treaty. I await your response. [I will be arriving by my presidential helicopter if allowed.]

"Appears that way, sir." replied an aid.
"Alright, I guess we should head out, eh?"
"I'll get you some guards, sir."
"No need," he hastly remarked, "Omz222 is a safe nation, I will be fine by my lonesome."
"Alright, sir. I'll get B182H [Royal transport helicopter]"
"Mhm, you do that."
Dave hops into B182H and takes a comfortable seat near the center. "Finally peace" he thinks.

Meanwhile, unknownst to Dave or Omz222, military general Kuzmich Postolski had a different agenda.. He wanted Omz222's president dead as well as Dave Mendelson for he was the successor to channcelorship of TROUSRS. He needed a plan.. it came to him.
"We can't let Dave go alone, are you nuts!" he shouted at the aid.
"It was his request."
"Call that chopper back!"
"Alright."
She picked up the phone and punched in #557 for radio tower extension.
"Racom 2 station 7."
"Yes, radio B182H and return it to Base 53*9 immediatley."
"You want me to order the channcelor?"
"Yes," shouted Kuzmich from behind the aid.
"Alright.."

"I have revieved orders to have this chopper turn around.. from Postolski it appears.."

{Back at base :: Kuzmich and Dave}
"Whats this about?" demands Dave.
"We strongly urge you have some guards with you."
After a long arguement, dave gave in. 3 Sharp-shooters, 2 men with 12 gauges, and 4 with Ar-15s board B182H along with Dave. Little did Dave know what was in store for him.
Halfway through the flight, one man with the shotgun blew a hole the size of my fist in Dave's chest. The pilot turn arount to question the situation, he was too shot. A guard immediatley ran to the pilot seat to regain control. Another man undressed Dave and put on his clothes, to desgise himself as dave. He put a .45 in his jacket pocket.

The Helicopter lands at omzian airbase near the president's quarters. All the men exept imposter Dave and one guard with a spectre submachine gun stay in the helicopter, hiding.
The two men get out and approach the Omzian Ruler...
OOC: Hmm... Hope you could RP more of the arrival, it would make more sense and keep it on track. But it is an ambassador who will meet you, not the President :P It is highly unusual for a President to greet a foreign visitor in my nation, as "seen" before.
And also, my Presidental Palace doesn't have a helicopter pad. Perhaps you could wait and I'll tell you ICly where to go?
Don't take this as whining, just some notes to keep this on track.

Langley Street, Osaria
Another ordinary meeting here. They seems to be always doing at night. Stormy night. The usual people here too: Chief Davis Langley, the much-feared English-Omzian police chief around here. They know that the TROUSRS-ian ruler is coming here, but they normally find these things suspecious. When did the TROUSRS dictator wanted to visit Omzian Nation? How could they know that the TROUSRS people won't bring some bombs or even a dirty bomb?
Sipping a cup of coffee, Langley started the special, but a quick session. Under the light of a lamp, he said with his usual cold but cautious voice. "I heard this Mendelson is coming here?" He paused for a moment, then said. "We gotta to have a security around here. Even though it is obvious that the Diplomatic Corps rather have an Ambassador here, we don't want a mess. TROUSRS bodyguards or random criminals. Or political enemies."
Almost instantly, the panel came from a silence. "Approved."
"We'll send some guards from the Army perhaps? They'll be told to land in the Osaria Diplomatic Corps Office near downtown via a helicopter, keep snipers on alert. Just incase this gets messy. If possible, we can contact the Fire Department and the NBC Management Division of the military. But, hopefully it won't go messy. That'll settle for the diplomacy side, as well."

A quick meeting. Quickly, Langley and his Omzian aids gathered their documents, and left the meeting room. Tiem to get some rest after a long day of work. . .

B182H landed, when imposter Dave stepped off of the chopper, the first thing he felt was a cold breeze. "I think I've got him" he wispers into his shirt which was hiding a conceled microphone. He saw who he though was Omz222's president, but was just a representative. "Move now" replied Kuzmich Postolski on the other line.
Suddenly, with no warning, dave rasied his hand and made a peace sign, well, thats what the rep thought it was I guess because he walked over to great him. Little did he know that in 20 seconds [2 fingers per 10 seconds] he would be shot dead by a roving horde of trousinian SF's, all hiding in the plane..

The Ambassador gave a worrying look, as he wore in his black suit with a blue tie. His face turned to a slight, enthusatic smile, but his heart pounds with uncertainity. Seems to look a little different..., he gazed at the TROUSRSian dictator. before the visiting leader could hear anygthing from him, he said softly to his speaker, "get the snipers and guards to ready status."
Along with 2 security guards armed with M8 LAR Carbines behind, Ambassador Narm called out. "Welcome to Omzian Democratic Federal Republic, Mr. Mendelson.You are coming here for a diplomatic visit... by yourself, I persume?". The smile grew a bit larger.
A security guard, who is from the Omzian Army Reserve, stepped in front of the visitor. "For security reasons, may we do a security check on the Presidental Helicopter, along with the assistance of a bodyguard of yours? We appreciate your coopreativeness."

It wasn't the Army Reserve snipers has expected. No bodyguards? Not even some aide maybe? Surely a proper visit, they thought sarcastically. Nontheless, they got their scope on the helicopter. Surely there's other aides in it, if the TROUSRS-ian dictator really comes here for a diplomatic visit...

"Sure, rules are rules right?" I manage to chuckle out. But I knew what he was going to find in there. Damn Omzian president, so cautious. Why my plans? Why me? Though, I thought, with Kuzmich now in power, we could send out a secret sniper team to get the president of omz222. Yes, that is what I would recommend. "Let me open it for you." The choppers right side was facing the Omzian president, so I walked around to the left side.
I was in for about 3 seconds before I felt a sudden pain in my chest, I placed my hand on my left shoulder only to return it blood soaked. I had been shot, by my own.. my own men...

While imposter dave lay on the ground of the heli, all the men hopped out the back and opened fire on the omzian "president", they didn't know he was not, for they had never seen him. The men with the spectres scanned the area to rid it of life while the snipers and 12 gauge carriers to careful aim to blow holes the size of fists into the president...
"Ah, thanks. What the he..."
The Ambassador fell onto the ground, dumbfounded. Blood was slowly dripping from it onto the blue cement...
"Gunmen!"
"The Ambassador and Dave are shot!"
"Get medical and the police!"
With that, the rest are immediately evacuated, with the bodyguards opening fire on the gunmen.

The Snipers on top of the buildings and the soldiers have waited for a long time. Well, short since the chopper actually landed. It is no fun... until now. They were everywhere: rooftops of restaurants nearby, laying in bushes... The soldiers however, were in the sewer area.
Finally, they opened fire -- all 6 snipers. grabbing their M200 and M82s, they quickly shot a total of 18 rounds into each gunmen's head and neck area, being professional snipers. The Omzian guards however, quickly rushed up and shot their M8 LARs and M9 pistols with some accuracy.
It was a bloody sight.

On 10:19AM, Dave Mendelson has stepped out of his Presidental helicopter, free of harm. No bodyguard was on standby for him. 2 Omzian bodyguards was on standby for the Omzian Ambassador. The Omzian President do not accept "regular" visits.
On 10:19AM, Dave Mendelson while coopreating with the bodyguards to have a presidental helicopter inspection. Bodyguard and Dave Mendelson are automatically shot by a group of gunmen.
On 10:19AM, Omzian Ambassador shot by a group of 9 gunmen. Persumed dead.
Further news will be available. For more infomation, please turn on Omzian State News Network News Channel #3.
We see this incident as outrageous yet saddening. We are trying our best we can to fight off this group of gunmen, although they are obviously government-sented. However, we do not see it regular to have their own Mendelson shot dead. We do not claim any responsibility, and we will send back the bodies of the President. The bodies of the gunmen will not be sent back unless in special conditions. We would not participate in an invesigation fully regarding Mendelson's death, but we would be able to provide evidence and people for interview.
In the meanwhile, due to this bloody incident, Omzian Democratic Republic do not and will not accept any more presidental and diplomatic visits from Trousrian government 'diplomats' until further notice. We see this as too risky, especially in times of war. Trousrsian citizens will not be able to enter Omzian Democratic Federal Republic for at least 3 months due to the security concerns above. Do not take this as a non-diplomatic and non-economic hostility.
Our condolences to the President of Trousrs, may he rest in peace. More news will be available. We wish the Trousrsian government can understand our stance on this outrageous incident. However, it will not be ignored that easily.

Meanwhile in TROUSRS, chaos broke loose. When it was announced that Dave Mendelson was killed, that was enough, but when the citizens found out that Rogue Military General Kuzmich took power, thats when the shit hit the fan.
Thats only one side of the story though, many soviet loyalists marched down to join the military. These were the men that were loyal to Joseph Stalin while he was in power. In fact, most of them lived the the Stalingrad region of TROUSRS in cities like Kuzmichgrad and Paeshnekov.
With the nation split in half, both by latitude lines and fear, Kuzmich knew something must be done, and that, my friends, was where everything went wrong..
"Assemble the red army." commanded Postolski to his cabinet of rogues. " I want the entire Stalingrad region to meet in Kuzmichgrad to begin military exersises."
"Who will we be warring with??"
"Er, ourselves. I plan to eliminate all non-soviets. That means about a 6th of TROUSRS national popluation will be wiped out."
