LaseRefurbishing Announces New Lasers and Mounts!

http://home.earthlink.net/~chipcomp/divider030.gif

Give Your Armed Forces the Edge.
Law enforcement departments and military organizations around the world should have laser sights for all their guns, but they don't. Move your armed personnel into the 21st century with LaseRefurbishing gun sights. Now on sale!

Installation Takes 5 Minutes. (for handgun sights only)
If your troops and officers can field-strip their guns, they can install these laser sights — no gunsmithing required! Almost instantly they'll have a laser-sighted weapon which can be used outdoors from dusk till dawn, or indoors round-the-clock.

Rifle Laser & Mount Fits Any Gun.
Using our newly developed Fiber Coupled Laser (FCL) System we have developed cutting edge laser sights that can be mounted on a rifle. Now there is no excuse for leaving your officers unprepared. Give them the edge they need to take down the bad guys.

Highly Visible, Highly Intimidating.
Once they place that intimidating red dot, pulling the trigger may never even be necessary. If your troops must fire, the laser sight improves aiming speed and increases accuracy, especially in high-stress situations.

Can be installed on H&K MP5s and CAR15s/M16A2s as well?
28-11-2003, 23:03
Representative of Jeruselem:

Our integrated laser sights cannot be used on rifles. The tech boys have included this document, however, on the possible use of a "Fiber Coupled" Laser System for military grade rifles. If you'd like to acquire some of these systems for testing, we will gladly ship them to you, free of charge, with the understanding that you would share your research and development of this promising new system with us.

-- LRF Internal Research Document --

Experimentation is underway on fitting the LRF Fiber Coupled Laser System into a molding mountable on many guns, where internal mounting is not feasible. This cutting edge fiber coupling technology allows the laser light generation to occur remotely (near the rear of the gun), so the front of the gun is not cluttered and original daytime sights are still useable.

Representative of Jaxusism:

One million laser sights brings your total cost to $290 million. Please specify a model of handgun you would like laser sights for. If you would like to order for several different models, please include the amount of sights you are ordering for each gun. If you would like sights for modified guns or sights for handguns not listed here, please send us a sample gun so we can produce a custom laser sight that will fit into that gun.

No production or sales rights are currently available for sale at this time. I will forward your request to R&D directer Gregory Anderson, however, as we often consider technology trades.

Representative of Central Facehuggeria:

We would be happy to produce a custom laser sight for your pistol. If you order 1 million or more laser sights we'll do the customizing for free. If you order less than 1 million sights the customizations will cost an extra $750,000.

Your customizations will also be done free of charge if you can provide information that your custom pistol is widely distributed and sights for it may be ordered in the future by other nations or groups within your nation. We are always striving to have a wider selection of gun sights on hand to better serve our customers.

I'd like them for XR-1 Assault Rifles.

OOC: Your assault rifles may not work with these sights. Check the post I sent in response to Jeruselem's request. If you think they do, then tell me you sent me one and R&D will get working on the necessary modifications.

And how about those rights?

OOC: Did you read my response post? Second paragraph? "Gregory Anderson" will get back to you soon (I just have to think up something for him to say...)

Thank you, our XSA-12 pistol is rather similar to a .50 desert eagle in size. And it has a large clip directly underneath the barrel, meaning the sight must be mounted on the side or on top Other than that, you can place the sight pretty much anywhere on the gun.

We'll take one million. It'll be better than the laserpointers and ducttape that our forces have been using previously. :)

Yeah, it would work with our rifle. If you look at my thread (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=98279) it would go right under the scope. I have sent one to your R&D.

Rather than trading, how about 10 billion dollars?

We would like one million sights for Glock pistols, as the Glock 17 is the standard issue sidearm for much of our police and military. A few other types of pistols are used by certain divisions and special forces, and we may at some point order custom sights for them as well.

... And it has a large clip directly underneath the barrel, meaning the sight must be mounted on the side or on top Other than that, you can place the sight pretty much anywhere on the gun. ...

These lasers are meant to replace the stock guide rod and recoil spring and the take down latch and spring (as shown in this picture --)

http://www.lasersightsusa.com/images/prod-glock.jpg

Other types of sights are affixed to the side and are less accurate (as shown in this picture --)

http://www.impactguns.com/store/media/crim_1911_th.jpg

In short, your order isn't ready and can't be filled right away if the sights can only be mounted externally. We are working on an external mounting system now, and will let you know when they are ready. They will be based on the LRF Fiber Coupled Laser System ((see post above)). We are sending you prototypes of the system for you to test. ((our R&D will be finished in a few RL hours)).

Ah, yes. We have received your rifle and are currently admiring it. I would like to proprose that you trade us one JAXMi2 Missile for manufacturing rights to the laser sights we currently manufacture, as well as anything currently under development. We imagine that the JAXMi2 missile could fetch us a handy profit. 10 billion dollars is also acceptable, but we strive for long-lasting partnerships, not quick cash. Or at least I do.

You might have a point there. But if both sides were using infrared w/ goggles both sides would be blinded by looking into the infrared beams from the other side. I'll get to work on some kinda hybrid system right away, though. It's going into the Under Development category.

You are right about the shotguns. Removing those remarks.

The Grand Duchy of Fooeestein would like to purchase three of the pistol laser attachments provided we can be assured that they are chew-proof. It is our intention to equip our three elderly but still-eager guard dogs at the Duchy's main palace. We have painted red spots on bones for the last six months as part of the training programme for the dogs who, at 27, are not as strongly visioned as they used to be. The lasers look as if they would fit snugly under the dogs' chins. The question is, can the dot be widened a little, say to a yard or two, to aid our murderous guards in their patriotic tasks?
