The Ruenland War of 2003 A.D.
Act 17 in MBCRCN International Affairs
Chapter 1
We, the people, ideology, police, military, militias, laws, and government of MBCRCN, Main Board of Controlled Republicans of the Casidy Nation, herby deem Ruenland as a threat to MBCRCN’s international peace, stability, acceptance, and ideology and hereby declare an act of war upon the Dictatorship of Ruenland on the foundation of terrorist attacks that were funded and aided by the Dictatorship of Ruenland which occurred on November 26 and 27 of the year 2003 A.D. The charges on the ideology and government of Ruenland is as follows:
2 (two) Illegal Explosions of the Third Acts
3 (three) Illegal Possessions of Explosions Acts
5 (five) Acts of Owning Unlicensed Firearms
42 (forty-two) Acts of First Degree Murder
58 (fifty-eight) Acts of First Degree Attempted Murder
4 (four) Acts of Police Directed Attempted Murder
72 (seventy-two) Acts of Segregated Persons Attempted Murder
57 (fifty-seven) Acts of Segregated Persons Murder
476 (four hundred seventy-six) Personal Property Disruptions and Damages
130 (one hundred thirty) Government Property Disruptions and Damages
3 (three) Arson Disruptions
3 (three) Acts of Terrorism
The Board of MBCRCN along with the 13 (thirteen) Board Members, Prime Minister, First General, and Vice-Minister find the Dictatorship of Ruenland guilty of all charges and sees fit that an act of war is the only fitting solution to the problem.
Chapter 2
The following charges are brought up against the three living perpetrators of the terrorist attacks, Donald R. Gately, John K. Knight, and Al-Reyerd L. Jericho:
5 (five) Acts of Owning Unlicensed Firearms
8 (eight) Acts of First Degree Murder
1 (one) Act of Police Directed Attempted Murder
1 (one) Act of Terrorism
3 (three) Personal Property Disruptions and Damages
3 (three) Government Property Disruptions and Damages
The Board of MBCRCN along with the 10 (ten) of 13 (thirteen) Board Members, Prime Minister, First General, and Vice-Minister find the three men, Donald R. Gately, John K. Knight, and Al-Reyerd L. Jericho guilty to the following charges and issue a sentence of 6 (six) years torture to the three men. After the 6 (six) years are up, the men are to be hanged on jighFortess Plaza, Elvispitidone, MBCRCN.
Chapter 3
The Board of MBCRCN has given joint power of the war to the First General Gerald Harrison and Prime Minister Seth Schiff. If one or both shall fall into a disability, their Vices shall take over. The Board has power to revoke joint power at any time during Act 17.
Chapter 4
If captured, the Dictator of Ruenland and his military and/or terrorist aides will be subject to life torture. The Board of MBCRCN will define the people that are military and/or terrorist aides of the Dictator of Ruenland when and if they are captured.
Chapter 5
The Board of MBCRCN has given power to First General Gerald Harrison and Prime Minister Seth Schiff to declare any and all alliances with other countries, states, organizations, and/or people during the acceptance time of Act 17.
