We got 2 on first come first serve basis money is needed up front or trade if money is not at hand.

A cruiser, no matter how old, for only 1 million is insane. A tank costs 4 times that.

Ide take it but I don't got 1 Mil.

The only reason is its old and i need to get them out of the way for new stuff. Like Aircraft carriers and stuff, but if you wanted me to i could triple the price.

You're a nation that's not even one day old. You won't be able to afford the likes of aircraft carriers for quite a long time.
