George Gwer throws a large party in the "Red" Square in Sobakagrad in the Hutu Provence after his land slide victory in the recent election, his party is broadcast over the CCCP news channels. The Democratic Liberal Party and other Republican and Pro-Capitalist party members are all crowded into the square. It is a festive scene full of happiness and drinking and celebrating. President Gwer then takes his place behind a podium with James McCury at his side.

"Ladies and Gentlement of Hutu, I thank you for your support, also I thank the other nations who supported me. First off, I know there wasn't a Vice President election, mainly because you didn't know if you were going Democratic or not, but I think you can all agree with me when i name James McCury my Vice President."

The crowd erupts in cheers and praise of their new leadership.

"Now onto rebuilding the nation, I am slowly removing sanctions on trade and business in this country and hope to free you all more. I am hereby also renaming this square Freedom Square. Also, I would like to recreate the Ministry system, I will now name the first Departments under my time in office. The Deparment of Relations headed by Frank O'Dell, The Deparment of Intelligence headed by Bob Barkly, and The Deparment of Logistics headed by Sam Rockford."

The three Secretaries join the President on the stage and seat themselves to the left of the podium.

"Now, our military will be greatly downsized and the "Red" name associated with them will be removed, how ever the Spetz Natz name will stick with our special forces, because i think it's a catchy name."

The crowd laughs with the president then goes to a hush as 2 shots echo through the city. When the news cameras cut to across town two bodies lie in a pool of blood when the bodies are kicked over they are seen to be that of Nikolai Karekh and Muqmarekh Al-Ishmiel ending all forms of Communism and Terrorism in the country in just moments. The cameras cut back to President Gwer.

"Well it seems someone has ended the terror reign set up by our friends Karekh and Muqmarekh, that eliminates my arresting Muqmarekh and carrying out the sentence given to him by the Dictatorship that ruled two years ago. So, now to the world, I ask that you review our current situation and possibly allow our nation to have that nuclear power plant that we so greatly need. We are prepared to under go any inspections and sign any conracts needed to get this to happen. Thank you all again."

The President and his cabinate step from the stage and go to the 'white house' for the night. The cameras go back to the studio.

"Well it seems all is well in The Democratic States of Hutu, as we are now known" Says Jim Jimson, "And this news station is now indepentant as the CCCP channels all feel after the communist leaders went out of power, we are now part of the Democratic News Network, so this is Jim Jimson, for DNN Channel 4 signing off."

So you go from an Islamic state, to a Communist state, to a Democratic state in just over 3 days...... :lol:

Bigmenistan wishes to announce that we are responsible for the assassination of Muqmarekh, we sent in a covert team of assassians to do the job after Karekh refused to execute him as he was sentenced. We felt that Muqmarekh posed to big of a threat to the world to let him walk free.

However we had no role in the killing of Karekh, we are completely clueless on how this happened. But we do claim responsibility for Muqmarekh's death. Our sniper had his head right in the cross hairs of the scope when the trigger was pulled.

The govenrment of United Elias congratulates the new government and looks forward to working with them with the eventual goal of removing Hutu from the 'State's of Concern' list. Can we assume that the invitation for our inspectors to verify lack of fissile metreial is still valid?

What I want to know is- who killed Karekh?

After a long investigation and reinacting the situation the inspectors found a second bullet in Muqmarekhs arm which if the two were standing would have put the angle it went into the arm the same as the wound through Karekh's head, matching these two angles they narrowed it down to have come from a local houseing complexe and a few rooms on either the 9th or 10th floor. Eventually the man who shot Karekh came forward and was tried and convicted, but was only sentenced to 1 year home confinement and a $50 fine since he did the nation a favor.

In a service just now, the sniper that killed Muqmarekh was congradulated by the President of Bigmenistan himself, and he was awared with a Bronze Star.

I organize all my medal reciepiants by campaigns. So I guess I'll put this one with "Operation Counter-Strike" (against Shimdah, in the Wollanda thread)

The President of Bigmenistan would like to fly out to Hutu and personally meet and congradulate Mr Gwer on his election, and discuss various issues with him in a diplomatic meeting (such as the war on terror in Shimdah, how he plans to reform the Country, etc.)

We feel that the partnership between our Countrys, that was hurt by the former Communist regime is important to rebuild and maintain.

16,000 feet above, the Bigmenistan President's plane can be seen flying towards Hutu. He is flying on board a Learjet 45.

In his lap the President is looking over various files and the such, and thinking about what to say in his speech once he reaches Hutu. He wants something that will further the partnership between Hutu and Bigmenistan, but at the same time- he wants something that will help him in the ballot box down the road.....these are his thoughts, as he is unknowing of future events that will test his Presidency more than any other.

The plane touches down in Hutu, and the President gets off. He is met by various Hutuian dignitaries as well as Mr. Gwer himself (the Secret Service can be seen in the background watching over things). He then boards a Limo with Mr. Gwer and they head to the Hutuian capital, where the 2 Presidents are going to issue a joint speech.

They then head up to the podium, and the Bigmenistan President congradulates Mr. Gwer on his election, thanks him for his cooperation in Shimdah, talks about how great freedom is, talks about rebuilding the partnership of the 2 countrys, etc.

In Mr. Gwers part of the speech he echos many of the things said by the other President, as well as the road to rebuilding, and what he's going to do to help the nation recover from the Communist regime, etc.

After the speech they take questions and all that political stuff, then they go off to eat at a fancy resturant. While eating his meal the President is handed a note by one of his top aides. He reads the note and his eyes widen in stunned shock, suddenly an extremly angry (and phsycotic) look comes across his face. He mutters his apologies to the Hutuian President and boards his jet to head back to Bigmenistan.

Turning on his t.v. in the jet he can see many many breaking news storys coming out of the Country, the main breaking headline is- that terrorists have released a biological weapon, containing small pox on Bigman City (the capital), and that tens of thousands are dying.
