The Trident Republic of Dworniev has a surplus of money because it has not done much outside spending. We would like some ideas on what to spend it on.

(I haven't bought any weapons or gone to war or nothing since like September)

Well, um..... you can buy those ships and Jaxusism's guns and Froggy's ships.

Well you could spend billions of Dollars/pounds/credits/etc on a massive civil enginnering project to be carried out by Crookfur Civil Engineering.
Example projects:

An entirely new biuld power generation and supply grid, making the best use of your natural resources with multi source power generation ie biogas reactors and power plants, 1 or 2 nuclear power plants if desired, a mix of wind/water/solar power generation and natural power storage measures (ie like the Ben Criuachin/hollow mountain power plant in scotland, it is used as a storage means by pumping water up hill during over production and then generating extra capacity by running the water down hill).

A fully integrated public transport infrastructure: high speed trains that flawlessly intermesh with road and local rail services, can be linked to other major projects such as docks and airports (close as i can think as to a CE porject to improve health, bar soem massive hospitals and universities).

Or you coudl always commision a brand new set of govenrment/ buerocracy biuldings, small to medium houses of parliment starting at £400 million.
