For the insulting telegram sent to a R0x0r1ng-ese ambassador by a member of the Gambagawuzal administration (spelling doesn't count), we have decided to send 1000 troops, 50 warplanes, and 30 tanks into the region to instill martial law. We will not retreat until a formal apology has been made.

Umm, I belive telegrams are considered Out Of Charecter, and they are invalid excuses for declaring war.
In any case, an insult is also an invalid excuse for war, if somebody insulted you, send an assassin and kill them, dont blaim their people for their mistake.

Oh well, heres the official DGNT response:
If you make any hostile move toward Gambagawuzal, your troops will be converted into component atoms and used to feed starving children.
That is all.
