The Dictatorship of the Fire-God Ashar hereby claims rights that are due him by a power greater than even the gods. These rights are the rights to certain evil and chaotic species, including but not limited to Dragons of the Evil sort(all chromatic kinds) Demons and Devils(Baatezu and Tanar'ri), all evil subraces that are exiled from nations(drow, Duergar,etc.),any and all relations to Dragons(beholders, wyverns,etc.),
and any other creature in the Dungeons and Dragons Monster Manual V.3.
with a chatic/evil,evil, or chaotic subtitle.Any nation that disagreeswth these rights can debate this issue with the ambassador of The Fire-God Ashar. Any nations in direct violation with this claim will be attacked in full force by the league of evil and Chaotic powers.
