Tired of harsh treatment, false promises of freedom, and just plain tired of being slaves over 5,00 slaves have took arms against their masters and the government. Promising never to stop until they are dead or they have their freedom. 1000s are joining by the hour. The leader of this group is unknown. The revolt is now 7,000 strong. They have stromed an armory and are now heavly armed. The revolt has no sign of dying down. So far over 2,000 people have been killed.

The 2nd and 5th Free Provinces Fleets, which began withdrawing from Augnista following the cessation of hostilities, will return to Augnistan waters.

In an address regarding the events that led up to the Augnistan revolution, Speaker Michael MacFarlane said, "The Augnistan government has reneged on its promise to abolish slavery within its borders, and has refused to abide by the terms under which peace was declared. A state of war exists once again between Copiosa Scotia and Augnista."

According to a Security, Enforcement, and Defense Department spokesperson, speaking on condition of anonymity, shipments of surplus G3A3 assault rifles to revolutionary forces in Augnista will begin immediately. The spokesperson was unable to confirm or deny reports that up to six divisions of the Copiosa Scotian Army are preparing for deployment to the area.

The slaughter of the civilians by the hands of CorpSac has angered the mob even more, many who arent even involved. The revolution is now 12 million strong. They are killing supporters of the government, any solider who will not join the cause, and every government official. The rebels are within millions of the mansion of Tender Branson, the emperor of Augnista. The loyal bodyguard of the emperor wait to ambush the rebels when they come close. Millions have surrounded the CorpSac soliders. They begin to attack the soldiers, brutally beating them to death with whatever they can find.

The USSQ is shocked by this international intervention, which reminds it of the intervention that caused great death in Qaidam during the civil war which only ended one month ago with the foundation of the USSQ.

The five B-2 Spirit bombers, and their four Harpy stealth fighter escorts, flew silently over Augnista, black shadows far up in the blue sky. They flew high, knowing that Augnista's remaining air force would likely be occupied putting down the rebellion, and likely lacked the capability to easily detect them. The greatest threat would come from SAMs and AA batteries, and the five crews intended to stay well out of range of those installations.

The objectives were clear and simple: Hit a few key points in the palace defenses, generally "prepare" the battlefield for Ash's revolutionary forces, and get back home in time for a big turkey dinner. Kevin Holtzen, the pilot of the lead bomber, radioed his flight group.

I think that we're being presented with an excellent opportunity, and should allow things to play out as they will, perhaps with a little push to keep things moving in the direction we want. If you'll recall the final terms of the peace agreement with Augnista, they did not include the removal of Emperor Tender Branson from power. If we allow the faction of this "Ash" to depose him, we may see a government in Augnista that views us with more than just grudging respect. Remember, Branson has broken the faith in which we negotiated, and I for one am ready to see him suffer the consequences of his decision at the hands of his own people.

I do agree with you on that. Emperor Branson does not deserve to rule. I do not however think that the people of Augnista deserve more violence. Emperor Branson is one man, and he may be killed, but thousands of other will die before he does and thousands more will suffer. I think that if we can negotiate a settlement , whether this involves removing the emperor or not, that it should be tried. I would always like to see a peaceful settlement. The size and power of the insurrection gives them great bargaining power, not just great military power.

The bombing run by Copiosa Scotia helped a great deal. All of what remained of the emperoers bodyguards are dead. The rebels rush to Branson's but to their dismay they find him boarding an unknown helicopter. Rebels with stinger missiles fire upon the helicopters to prevent the esacpe of Branson. Others fire at soldiers escorting him to safety. Word is sent out. SAM sites around the nation are being manned to prevent the escape of Branson. It is clear that the survial of Branson is not an opition.

Copiosa Scotian Navy air patrols, having received word of Branson's escape, will attempt to force the helicopter to land if they encounter it.

Harpy and F-14 Tomcat patrols have been doubled to help ensure the capture of the former Emperor.

The basecamp for the Nummenor Army in the area has been overran by hordes of Rebel infantry. Early estimates are as many as 300 Imperial soldiers killed by the time the base was evacuated.

The Qaidamese government has declared its disgust for the imperialist actions of Copiosa Scotia, disguised in sympathy for the slaves.

No capitalist government has ever helped another country out of the goodness of its heart. There are ulterior motives behind the Coposian support for the rebel movement.

The disgusting actions of the rebel movement resemble those of the Khmer Rouge. In fact, this closely mirrors Cambodian history.

Therefore I can make some predictions based upon wht happened in Cambodia: See, after Lon Nol was overthrown by the Khmer Rouge (funded by the Chinese, made up of the most oppressed layers of Cambodian society), the USA teamed up with China and the Khmer Rouge against the North Vietnamese and the USSR.

So these guys who are flying Branson out now.. they are like the USA was.. and once they realise that getting Branson back in power is hopeless, they will be smart like Copiosa Scotia (China) and use Ash (Khmer Rouge) to their own ends.

Qaidam maintains that what Ash may call "Communist" is nothing more than a sick turn to fascism, and that he is selling his country to the Copiosa Scotian imperialists. They may even have started the whole thing, in order to get rid of Branson and make it look like a great slaves' revolt.

Qaidam has several freighters standing by to rescue people in the event of a "KILLING FIELDS" scenario.

The special forces helicopter lifted off, tearing through the night. Chaff was launched to ward off any SAMs, as the blackhawk cut low over the trees.

The helicopter was unidentifiable, black as night it t'was. And to the war-blighted land of Ansteorra Branson was taken, under armed guard.

Now that Emperor Branson has been removed we will support the efforts to build a democratic government in Augnista that is free of tyranny and oppression. We would caution all sides to not carry out 'revenge' killings against former government members and employees and to try and curb violence.
