The Belarussian capital Minsk will play host to a summit of International leaders to discuss issues of security and economics affecting Democratic Socialist nation states. The President and the Foreign Minister of Belarussia will host the summit.
Nation States wishing to send a delegation are requested to contact the Foreign Ministry in Minsk.
