Broadcast late at night on CCCP Channel 5 is a breaking news cast on current events in the developing nation. A look of shock and concern is on the main anchor, James McCury's face.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of Hutu, news has arrives here that the nation of Hutu has under gone a very dramatic change in the past few hours. As the terrorist have been removed from the country Rasha Ishmiel has seen it fit to take further action. This morning all Ministers of the Hutu and all members of Parliment stepped down from their positions. Shortly after Rasha Ishmiel announce that he is now the sole leader of the country and went back to his true name, Nikolai Karekh, stating that the name Mohammad Al-Ishmiel was the name he took when he, in his words, "Began to follow the foolish Islamic religion." Now Sir Karekh is appointing a new group of "Ministers" to serve only as relations men, and is converting the country to a Communist Sect. We now go live to Mr. Karekhs office."

The feed cuts to the leaders office as he sits behind his desk smiling wide.

"Ah, comrades, welcome to the New Hutu, as you know, we are now Communist, and we, now to make our country pure, must take one final step. As of this broadcast we are asking all; Jews, Muslims, Catholics, Europeans, Asians, and anyone else not of Russian, or German descent, that isn't Atheist. You people must leave, for we have found that you are the reason terrorists are attacking our country, you are the reason our economy has begin to fail. We have to correct this befor it goes too far. Please, take your belongings and leave. I have ordered my men to begin to tear down all churches and businesses run by these people and use the wood and bricks in the further development of German and Russian run business. The feed goes back to the CCCP Channel 5 HQ.

As the feed goes to signs of Hutu NKVD agents tearing down churches the feed cuts out and goes back to the CCCP Ch 5 News station, showing KGB terroring down signs left over from the Pro-Islamic old goverment and then eventually one KGB officer shoving the camera over ending the transmission.

Why would I ever make such hard working, brilliant people leave this nation, after all they were the first to join the army to fight the terrorists, and our best scientists are German, our best production companies are run by Russians. The "refugees" are currently going through formalities of being removed from the cenus count, in which they can contact their relatives to fly to their houses, the extimated number of total people leaving the country is at 2.3 Million of that number we are providing 1.8 Million transport out of the country by truck and plane to countries their relatives live in. The remaining Half Million left with out a place to go are being amassed in a small refugee camp just within our borders, where they can stay for the remainder of the week, then which they will be forced to leave. You can pick them up there, we ask you land your planes in a small landing strip just out of our country, and come in on foot and unarmed. We will not attack you as long as you follow these guide lines, you come into Hutu any further than the camp, and we will open fire. Thank you for accepting our deported "citizens".

Einland that message was intended for North Germania

CCCP News 5 is broadcasts pictures of Mr Karekh boarding his private jet for his trip to North Germania to visit the lands and possibly make a treaty with the leader of the country. Inspite of the events in his country he leaves the command with his top general Field Marshell Victor Troska, and fly off toward North Germania. His jet is excorted by 13 fighters in all and on bomber converted to a fuel tanker so he doesn't have to land in his cross-continant flight. From the ground a convoy of 20 Spetznatz in 1 BDRM-3 and a Ural type truck watch for any Anti-Aircraft fire they might recieve. The security is high and tensions are aswell since Nikolai knows not what to expect, mainly fearing his actions have made enemys more than it seems. He is expected to touch down in North Germania by sunrise the next day and has phoned ahead to tell the leadership of his ETA.

The choice of german and russian ethnicities is unusal as these are soem of the msot intermixed suposed groups (you might have better luck using the term prussian inteasd of german otherwise you basically include almost all of north eastern eaurope, even those poles you dislike so much).
To be honest nationality is no real basis for ethnicity.

The only troops involved are the ones running the bunkers and ensuring that no rebels attack the plant. We are sorry if we have stepped on any toes, and would like nothing more than to be a peacful part of the international theatre."

This is absolutely disgusting. Jettisoning refugees in such a way is dispicable. Nor does it make sense, either. We understand that this IS your nation, but we were under the impression that no one could be so heartless. We were wrong.

I'm not quite ready to take it that far yet. Hutu played a major role in the recent conflict against Shimdah's terrorist campaign. I'm just going to watch this one for a while before I do anything. Seeing as how there is no bloodshed involved yet.

Bigmenistan you can send over your planes and inspectors they are welcome. ISAF, your planes are welcome to pick up the remaining 53,000 refugees. Oilermania, do as you must, we understand your position, again do as you must.

Credonia requests support from the nations against the actions of Communist Hutu to provide pressure to make this small nation give back our blueprints for a nuclear powerplant and to hault construction on it.
