[Well, everyone in Nova Oceania, rather. We guess this is the War of Nova Hibernian Succession, Part II.]
We find it necessary to take military measures in order to restore the political power in Nova Oceania to its rightful proprietor -- the office of our Prime Minister. The Illegal, Illegitimate delegateship of communist Nova Hibernia will lead to nothing but opression and economic distress for our region. In order to restore law and order to the landscape of Regional and Inter-Regional politics as they involve Nova Oceania, certain actions have been taken by the local Protectorate of the Planetian Empire.
The three drednoughts of our Ocean Armada, along with supporting fleets, have moved to blockade the three major seaports of Nova Hibernia. Aircraft carriers and submarines have been deployed within our own waters in order to discourage enemy attacks. Any ships of the Nova Hibernian government, active within our waters, are to be siezed.
Our orbital Rocket Frigates have begun a bombardement of Fontonian long-range missile installations using high-yield conventional explosive warheads. Further, the deployment of our aircraft carriers and submarines has been heaviest along the Nova Hibernian and Fontonian borders with our own waters.
Until political power is restored to us, the rightfully elected, legitimate Delegate of Nova Oceania, our forces will not be recalled.
