how exactly do you figure out how much money you have to buy stuff with?

also, does anything actually happen to your country if you win or lose a war? does someone change your nations' stats, or is it just something you yak about that has no actual effect on your country?

Money: Guess, or go to the main NS forum and find the GDP calculator and it will tell you your budget.

War: No stats are changed. Just an RP.
