Our new Great Leader: Johnny L. Leimenhelm, has taken power in the United Socialist States of Soviet China! He has delivered the following speech to the international community:

"I, Johnny L. Leimenhelm, vow to do the following:
Raise our economic level
Establish complete contol in the USSSC II through ALL means"

Einland recognizes the new government of Soviet China II, and congradulates them on a peaceful transfer of power.

However, we leave you with one warning: a repeat of your attempted slaughter of your own population will not be tolerated by Einland or any other member of the international community. We understand that foriegn nations, including ourselves, cannot shape your internal policies. However, if you again threaten the lives of innocent citizens of your own nation, know that actions will be taken.
