"Due to recent events, our two nations have neared that possibility that I always thought to be impossible, WAR! This must be avoided, the loss of a helicopter crew is tragic, but minimal. War over such an event can easily be avoided. We will be sending a diplomat to your country upon your approval. We must settle this"

We are most confused, shocked, and also most hurt that your Government has thought us close to war. We believed that we had been able to negociate a compromise on this situation together, as political allies, not adversaries. While we are still confused and bewildered as to how we could have come to war, or near to it, we will most definitely accept your Ambassador. Hopefully, we can find out what this is about, and resolve it with the best of solutions. We recommend that he land at the Municipal Airport of our territory, Zvarantina, the location where the President was landed yesterday, from there your Ambassador and his Delegation can travel to the Governor's residency, where I (OOC I mean the Asst. Minister here) will meet you. I have left Falastur already, to attend this. No matter how close to war you believe us, you can guarantee your safety on this diplomatic visit, whatever you believe us guilty of, we will not have foreign diplomats face any uncalled-for treatment.
