The Xanthalian-created planet X-01 spins peacefully below the many ships in orbit above it. After five decades of work it is finally habitable and developed; great cities stand vacant, ready to be filled by the colonists from The Great Space Fleet. The governmnet officials wait aboard the orbiting space station for the GSF to arrive as the rendezvous time grows near.
