Nuclear Power Needed in Hutu
The nation of Hutu is going starting an international bidding war amongst all companies with Nuclear Plant Plans or that can build Nuclear Plants , we will narrow it down to the 3 lowest prices and then pick one of them who ever will provide the best structure.

yes of course, one would 'assume' for power, but you never know.
Of course they would be used for power, after the little incident with my Shimdah colony everyone would be watching me close anyway, and besides we are a peaceful nation only keeping an army to protect itself from terrorism and would never envoke the use of nuclear weapons even for retaliation.

Nuclear power is a very powerful asset to have to provide power to all of your people. Its clean, safe, and very efficient. Should you accept the offer, a few things will need to be negotiated on (mainly the supervision of the radioactive materials and by products)
