I've come up with the idea of for communist nations, stalinist nations, or what have you to come together and create an effecient training program for special forces. since my country lacks the necessities to run a long term program such as this, i was hoping a larger and more adequate nation would take the role of preforming this most noble operation...

The people of the Lilum have great interest in this idea as we are a newly formed nation that desires no army but an extrmly eficient although small special ops unit named Liliths Fang. we would pay the nation a nice sum for training our currently green Recruits.

Fine I'll handle the training of the troops for you. They'll get basic survival training out in our jungles which must be passed by surviving in the wild for a week in a half at the end.

Then following their passing of that they'll move on to tactics, and fire arms. They'll be introduced with the standard weapons of most eastern and western nations.

Following that they'll be taught how to fight combat in both an Urban and tropical enviroments. At the end of the training classes they'll go into combat in MILES gear in both settings. For the Urban combat we'll allow them to serve in our police force, where they'll be regular patrol officers and be called in for any more serious jobs.

Good News Comrades, as I have earn a large amout of money from a recent sell of goods to a large nation (96 Billion dollars large) I have started a development plan for my country, One part of this is power development, the second Military development and the third Housing development. Under Military Development I am starting many airforce and army training camps, one of these located deep in the mountains would be the perfect spot for a Spetz Natz type training center where you could send your troops the facility will be rushed for completion at my Kovert Korp is my quick responce team. It should be done in about 1 year and 6 months(RL time, like a week an a half) If you can wait this out we would be glad to train your Special Forces.

hutu can't pay, its only a 8 million sized nation...

Hutu can pay for a few, because of the vast farming sells we have, but we're slowly coming out of the dark ages an switching to automotive production so, like i said we can pay some expense, but not alot.

Just pay for their food, clothing, and a little amount of money extra.

I'll let you all figure out how much you want to pay total or per soldier. I really don't care I've establsihed myself as a big power, and I'm mainly focused ont he domestic front... So just work together and you figure out the price

The training will take 2 years, 2 RL days, and will cost 1 billion per 5,000 soldeirs
This includes being given weapons and ammo afterwards, a GSH-18 pistol with silencer, custom Ak-108 with silencer, MACS-M3 if sniper.

7 months is the training time (7 RL days, I think the entire 1 year = 1 day crap is too much so I go with the more reasonable 1 month = 1 day)

If you want I can extend it to the 14 month training schedule that I use for mine now of days. So pick what you want, and pay what seems fair.

So just pay what you feel is fair and I'll go with it.

liberated asia, in all the RP's i have seen, one RL day equals one NS year, im using that formula, besides, countries grow an average of 2 million a RL day, that seems more likely to happen to a real nation in one year than one month

OOC- Yes I know the formula most people use is 1 year, but I rule that as complete BS, I know the population growth is too big but the average growth is just that average and applies that to everyone... So if you want to do the training in my country you do things my way.

But can only spend 400,000Hutchs of embezzled funds, I could pay the rest of the 79,600,000Hutchs in weapon grade uranium and ornate baskets. I need them trained for a new department I'am founding for the purpose of protecting my working class poor from international crime. You do like helping working class poor right.
