For 32 years Kazaakisthan was ruled by various different people in various different ways.
Then 17 years ago the Prime Minister came out and was shot by 17 people. It was then ruled by anarchy for 17 years while me and soe others namly Tai Pyro built up a speial forces team. We gave it 17 years for a year for each of the killers then on the 17th anniversary. We took the country it was and stil is only one city and as the people had been living in fear so long they took up arms and joined us fight back the anarchists.
The Empire of Nirn expresses interest in importing Kazaakisthan crude oil. However, as a developing nation, we feel that we are unable to pay for the frankly outrageous prices. Kazaakisthan would surely see that a fairer, more reasonable pricetag would benefit everyone - and, furthermore, be in the interest of international security.

Nirn is fully satisfied with the quality of Kazaakisthan's oil products. Were this not the case, we would not have bothered to make contact. We are, however, unable to pay the price as offered, however reasonable they may perceived to be.
We, however, can see that a negotiation involves compromises from both sides. For a further 35% discount on 100,000 barrels, Nirn is willing to offer an 8% across-the-board reduction in tariffs to all Kazaakisthan high-tech products on the Nirn market.
On an entirely unrelated note, Nirn pledges an undisclosed sum towards the personal funds of the Kazaakisthan president, as a gift of goodwill.
