Members of Parliment, we have changed our focus with this conflict. With the unprompted attack on Rotovia by the nation of Shing-Shang, we MUST invade and rid the world of this plague.

I hereby declare war on the nation of Shing-Shang
-Outside ARAF (Atlantic Region Air Forcs) base 9C
The C-4 and Hercules transport aircraft are beginning to take off with the initial force consisting of
1st Army (750,000)
1st, and 4th Armoured (C9 Tanks 1,500 per divison)
1st, 7th, 9th, 32nd, and 56th Artillery batteries (75 180mm per battery)
56th Field Engineer (50 C9 Engineer Varients)
Our 4 Squadrens of F22 aircraft will protect these transports heading to our allied nation of Konath (OOC: This country is providing no troops or equipment, just airfields)
As i am apart of the allies i think it is outragous that shing-shang made a sneak attack when peace attacks were going on. So as the leader of SPARTEN i move my deployed navy off the coast of Rotovia to the half-way point of Shing-shang. That is as follows
-2 Carriers+200 MIG-21s and 2 navel helicopters
-5 Iowa class battleships
-2 Mikhail classs cruisers.
More of SPARTENS navy might be deployed if tensions increase.
This is only half of SPARTENS navy.

The Coalition Authority, declares that Shing-Shang is a rogue and aggressor nation, non-allied to any nation within the coalition, and in blatant defiance of the attempts at peace by BOTH sides in this conflict, therefore the Coalition supports any action against this nation by either "the Allies" or the "Neutral Guards". The leaders of Shing-Shang must realize that unilateral decisions are unwise, and this will be looked upon not merely as an act of war against Rotovia, but as an attempt to sabotage the peace, thus becoming an enemy of all nations involved.

About half of our ground forces are ready to attack, and the rest are on standby to deploy.
OOC: CB, FIVE nimitz carriers? Your nation only has 18 million people, isnt that a bit excessive?
IC: Argyres condemns the actions of Shing-Shang, and offers the best of wishes to the forces opposing its treacherous attacks.
I will be the main military leader for this invasion. But for now we stand down and wait for Shing-shang to say something. SPARTENS navy A.S.N. has moved closer to the terriotory of Shing-Shang now over 75% of the way. There our troops will prepare and rest.

OOC: Every major ship/plane has been purchased, with the exception of the support vessels and hospital ship, check my past posts for proof, and my plan is to build up my forces early and not buy for about 2 or 3 NS years to make up the difference.

OOC: note the second half of my plan. My military is buiilt up, now i'll have to make minimal purchases for the time being, and when my forces are not at sea, the plan is mothball them.

You may control an invasion from another area. We have our colony in Konath which we are using as a jump off point. Yuo may contribute your forces, but the front has not been divided yet.

Canadien Bacon has seen that having 5 Nimitz carriers in the region is a waste, so we have decided to unload one carrier and send its aircraft out to two more carriers that are going home, leaving the two carriers with aircraft and one empty, for Allied use in the oncoming conflict with Shing-Shang.
*All Allied forces are welcome to use our third carrier for their shared use*
Billybob Island ould like to use you Carrier for a place for it's F-16 heading towards Sing-Shang from the conflict in Shineda.

OOC:Due to a lack of respons from the nation of Shing-Shang, this thread will be a posting for allies.
IC: Today, peace talks were being finalised, and we, The Atlantic Region wish to to have no part in such talks. We hold no anger or resentment towards Rotovia and her allies, but being involved in the peace talks would not allow us to continue with the disarmament of Shing-Shang
Our troops will remain on standby in the bordering nation of Konath, and will remain there until otherwise ordered.
