He may have money to the planes and tanks, but no way he can afford to buy 100 submarines. Have to keep in mind that there are costs for upkeep and for personel. I still think that he ought to wait a bit to get more money and grow his nations size.

The Peoples republic of Attawar is allways happy to help the small and weak to make their stand in the world, as we had to earn that place ourselves. We can only help you by suplying weapons, but for that, i must be able to trust you, and you must be able to trust me. The following things i would like to know;

What types of weapons do you desire
Do you prefer Russian or Western tech

If you believe you can trust me, i will start delivering small amounts of weapons. The more i trust you, the more and the bigger weapons you will get. Dont expect me to start delivering KUB-M's to you right away. If we have a little trust in eachother, all smaller arms and maybe the type-62 tank can be supplied to you. We prefer transport by boat. And dont you "wire" me money... unrealistic. The bets way to gain my trust is send me a diplomat to discuss this all, and if i do not forget friendships i made... We boast a great special forces team. It is the main part of our army... we will offer you training with our men for one NS week.
It will include learning how to break into vehicles, sabotage, planning, ambush and wepaons use.
OOC: Training will be 1 RL day. Attawar the thing about roleplay is so true. I usually take small arms by plane and collect the money when i get there.
