Emporer Zachary Stewart, over riding the President's rules, has proclaimed that Fluffywuffy will sell out to any non-military organization off-shore webspace with absolutely no laws restricting thier use as long as they do not harm the servers them selves. The servers will lease out one terrabyte of space to any customer to hold anything (heck, even kiddie porn can go) at $40 a month. Over 400 servers are up, and the minute your payment is recieved, you get the password and acces to a server.
