The president of Arribastan, J.C. Alcanzar, has declared himself Emperor Bob, because "i like that name." any attempts to overthrow the emperor will be met with the full force of our navy.
"Emperor" is a fancy term for dictator, but "Emperor Bob" has a ring to it, so I won't say anything bad about you.

lol. not a dictator, more of a king. except he chooses his successor, it doesn't stay in the family. and he's not totally evil. it just means that he decided that democracy sucked he wanted his descisions to be final.
Emperor is a fancy term for a monarch that has power over several kingdoms.

The Ecosocialist Republic of Biotopia condemns this move as no more then a regression in civil and political rights.
We will be monitoring the situation and will expect that democratic elections and the basic tenants of civil rights to remain untouched. We also call on the more moderate and pro-democratic elements to unite and work for a peaceful return to full democratic government.
