*Hiring Military Leaders and figurehead nations*

This is the first organized alliance to fight the third rise of GDODAD. We are fearing the rise of a global dictatorship on non-fascist nations.

Hence, the creation of The League Against Global Dictatorship - or LAGD. (It's pronounced logged). It's about time someone organized an effort against GDODAD - to protect democracy, socialism, and other forms of free government.

You can also move to the LAGD region of the same name, LAGD. This is in no way required. It is password protected, so you can either post here, or telegram me for access.

I was GDODAD, until i realized my main ally was in LAGD. then i remembered how TST and the rest of GDODAD treated me like dirt, and i said "screw it, i'm gonna fight them"

First of all, we are in a deep time of crisis. The Corporate Dominion has always liked Edolia, and somewhat resented Dark terror. However, we now have a common enemy, and must ally together.

Petty differences of the past must be put aside for now. When the GDODAD has collapsed yet again, we would understand a resuming of hostile tensions. However, we plead that the two nations act mature and not like 3 year-olds, so as to create stability and freedom from oppression in the world. Do it for the safety of democracy, and safety from vicious, unreasonable attack. And who knows, maybe Dark terror and Edolia will become friends out of this crisis. It's always possible, it happened with our nation and the now-deleted The Sean Empire. :wink:

The Corporate Dominion of Isla de Penguinata hereby declares Dark terror a temporary ally regarding the GDODAD, and only the GDODAD. Any other attack cannot be helped, unless The Gulf States informs our nation that it is imperative we must help.

We will also accept IDP as a temporary ally in regards to the thread posed by the GDODAD, but though we will honor the LAGD treaty and defend them should they be attacked, this alliance is probably temporary, only due to a common enemy rising up once again.

Dark Terror would also be interested in the position of Military Leader, as we have one of the largest and best funded militaries in the LAGD.

Despite being a Monarchy, McLeod03 despises fascist nations, and imperialstics nations who use lies and false tricks to cover their own personal expansion.

The McLeodian Empire consists of nations seperated from McLeod03 as an attempt to mediate internal crises.

As one-time allies of many members of the LAGD, we would like to present ourselves as a possilb member. Now is the time ot oppose the GDODAD.

We did not mean we wouldn't protect Dark terror, but if that nation should be attacked by an ally, we will be forced to remain neutral.

I am a dictatorship, but I do care for my people. I try to treat them well, although I know I can be strict a points. Hell, I try to do my best to protect them! Not opress them! But because of my government style, does this mean, That I, am going to be invaded? If so I will fight, but with long range weaponary as much as possible, I do not wish for my people to be harm.

I suggest taking the most powerful nations, mainly the oldest, and have them take the lead. March and older.

May as well go for the equal opportunity power sharing type system. All member nations are equal in authority. To avoid the bull. Obviously more technologically advanced nations will need to lead militarily, because they have the firepower and size to lead there.

When we get the boards up, I'll post up a poll for who should get what position. Someone might want to give some good positions and assistant positions we can open up. And for balloting, you can vote for everyone but yourself.

In the event of war with GDODAD, it is likely to be on multiple fronts, with huge forces going to and fro, a unified command structure would be unwise in our opinion. A Military council though perhaps, but not for direct command of forces on a tactical or even strategic level but grand strategic level. Like say several large nations had a plan to launch an invasion of (x) to gain the upperhand in the (x) theatre, they would present this plan to the Council which would either approve or deny it, and possibly recommend to other nations (via t-gram) to send forces to support the advance, and leave the smaller details to the nations making the attack.

The Corporate Dominion of Isla de Penguinata echoes the same sentiment as TSaS after examining all sides of the situation. If there is to be a war, as TSaS said, it will likely be on many fronts, and a centralized military command would be very unwise and inefficient.

However, it is not our goal to end dictatorships. In reality, this alliance is simply to make sure the GDODAD is kept in check, and is prepared to fight it.
