As part of the step of ensuring safety and democracy to both Upper and Lower Bigtopia, we will be holding elections with the foreign community for their colonial governor. Remember, if the countries prosper and have peace, Nanakaland will leave them and get colonies elsewhere. (Names alphabetized by last name.)

Robert Billion
He wishes to establish corporation-run nations out of both Upper and Lower Bigtopia. He would focus most attention on the economy.

Yuri Blastov
He would increase military, make the nations communist, and create a space progam. He would also unite them. Seen as a well-rounded choice, but democracy would not be his concern.

King (former) Gregory IV
He was once king of Lower Bigtopia. He would take back his Lower Bigtopian throne, restablish the Lower Bigtopian constitution, and help his northern neighbors establish a democracy. Seen as a good choice.

Bob Smith
A random guy off the street, he would probably lead the nations into chaos and n00bish warmongering. That would probably lead the nations into a revolution. The former United Bigtopian Freedom Fighters, who are opportunists, would then take over and establish democracies in both Upper and Lower Bigtopia. Bob Smith is seen as a poor choice.

Elections will end in one week realtime in which the governor will be established.

The government of the Protectorate of the Planetian Empire endorses Gregory IV. Constitutional monarchy is a solid government structure, and the choice will allow both Lower and Upper Bigtopia to gain a sense of national identity by providing it with a convenient focal point, while maintaining the peoples' freedoms.

Anyway, The Society of Shildonian Students has had a quick whip round, and has decided to donate the money to Bob Smiths campaign, just for the laughs and giggles that would ensue if he wins.
The grand total raised came to £20,000. A small group of 20 students have set off to Bigtopia to deliver a cheque to Mr Smiths campaign offices, and to assist in Mr Smiths campaign.

We will support King Gregory...for a price.

In exchange for a vote as well as force to back him up in any further conflict, we want the river valley we had seized as well as the harbor, port and city of Port St. William in Lower Bigtopia.

Port St. William is a wreck, between Holy Mercenaires fleeing, Falcon Brigade Attacks and my blasting anything still standing as I fled the country the place is a shambles.

We will cheerfully back King Gregory for this minor concession (we only got 10 miles of river valley, Berv's Island a half mile offshore and a 2 mile perimeter around Port St. William, and that is all we want).

Surely a return to stability and peace in this troubled region is worth the price.

Under the surrender conditions, every nation that attacked the Bitopians, including you and me, get to remotely manage Upper and Lower Bigtopia. This is just elections for their leaders done by me, an exercise of my power. You also get to govern Upper and Lower Bigtopia jointly with me until I release them (I'll release them if they are fit to self-govern). You have just as much right to enforce these governor elections as me. You may have those lands until the nations are fit for self-government and eventual independance.

The USSL has surprisingly decided to support the former King as a choice. As a general rule, the USSL has not supported monarchies, but in this case, the King is the only candidate who can offer solid reform whilst keeping the two regions stable. He is also seen as the only one that is interested in the wealth of both Upper and Lower Bigtopia.

I, President Adrian Weston, hereby do vote for his royal Highness, King Gregory IV, in order to establish a more stable Bigtopia, to ensure the perseverance of Bigtopia, and finally to ensure a sane leader that cares is in place.

Ravea has decided to support Yuri Blastov. We hope he can unite the country and use the idea of communism effectively.

OOC: Don't use the title 'Former King'. If he is no longer king, he is the Crown Prince, unless he has abdicated claims to the throne, which the next of kin is Crown Prince, and so on.

The President has expressed his happiness at the Crown Prince Gregory IV's lead, and urges other national leaders to support the Crown Prince as well.

The Attican Kaiser, also King of Attisca, donates 20,000,000KLM (1 Kaiserlichmark = 2USD) to assist in Crown Prince Gregory IV's campaign, and offers that he may join the Attican Empire if he so pleases.

The New Montreal States announces that Bob SMith is the candidate that is truest to the libertarian beliefs espoused by New Montreal States and endorses that candidate as best suited to guide Bigtopia to libertarian ideals.

He left when the hostilities started because I am over ten times his size.

The immaturity of the international community is clearly appaling. Crown Prince Gregory IV is clearly the best candidate, and can provide for a stable, somewhat democratic, Bigtopia. He can offer security and strength to the Bigtopian community, and it is an utmost dishonor to the people of Bigtopia that the international community wishes to plague them with a maniac.

We are truly insulted at the lack of comprehension that all nations have, and the blatant idiocy of some that clearly want bloodshed.

We back the king, we would like to see some1 we know in power next door to us.

The Turanic Empire has voted for Yuri Blastov. we see him as the only true choice. he seems in our eye's to be the only true capable leader in your entire country. also he will clearly eliminate all others running for office and rule himself. so we see voting here pointless. but we thought we would at lest show his enemys that Yuri has much support from his comrades.

We would have voted for good ol' Yuri Blastov, but we instead voted for Bob Smith, the random guy off the street, just for laughs. After all, there is only two more days for this poll and it is nearly neck and neck between Gregory IV and Bob Smith.

Bob Smith and Gregory IV are neck and neck. They are tied for the lead. If the poll ends with this same tie, Bob Smith will rule Upper Bigtopia and Gregory IV gets Lower Bigtopia. Just two more real-time days.

The Lietuv government is begging and urging that all new votes go to Gregory IV. It is imperative that he win in order to instill peace and order in Bigtopia. We beg those who are blindsighted to please open your eyes. Gregory IV is the best choice there is!

Bob Smith won?

We have sent an elite group of assasins to take down Bob Smith.

As Bob Smith enters Upper Bigtopia, the UBFF and Holy Mercenary forces shoot at him. The UBFF prepares for yet another strike against Nanakaland occupation forces.

The Shildonian Government congratulates Bob Smith on his election victory, and hopes that he will be able to succesfully unify his divided country. We hope that all parties involved in the election will accept the will of the people and allow Mr Smith to carry out his job.

Bob Smith ran from the firing of the bullets and resigned from his job. It is almost certain that Upper and Lower Bigtopia are in a state of anarchy.
