The Elias Aerospace Corporation in response to requirements from Elias National Airlines has released a new ultra efficient airliner that is intended to rpelace 767/Il-62/A300 type aircraft is military and civilian roles. The aircraft has been designed using incredibly advanced technology and includes greater use of composites than any other airliner to date.

The Elias Air FOrce is also inetnidng to purchase some aircfat to replace earlier E-3A AWACS and suppmlement the overstreched force of RC-135 Rivet Joints.


EA-372 'Global Liner'

Responding to the overwhelming preference of airlines around the world, including Elias Airlines Elias Aerospace has focused its new airplane product development efforts on the Stratoliner, a super-efficient airplane of size to replace the 767, Il-62 and Airbus A300.

Unparalleled Performance

In addition to bringing big-jet ranges to mid-size airplanes, the new airplane will provide airlines with unmatched fuel efficiency, resulting in exceptional environmental performance. The airplane will use 25-30% percent less fuel for comparable missions than any other wide body airplane. It will also travel at speeds similar to today’s fastest wide bodies, Mach 0.86.

Passengers will also see improvements with the new airplane, from an interior environment with higher humidity, larger windows and improved catering facilites and bathroom to increase comfort and convenience.


Advanced Technology

The key to this exceptional performance is a suite of new technologies being developed by EA and its subsidaries:

An open architecture system is at the heart of the systems, which is more simplified than today’s airplanes but offerd increased functionality. For example, an incorporating health-monitoring systems that will allow the airplane to self-monitor and report maintenance requirements to ground-based computer systems.

Another improvement in efficiency comes in the way the airplane is designed and built. New technologies and processes are in development to help EA and its subsidaires achieve unprecedented levels of performance at every phase of the program.

The 'Global Liner'is also the first airliner that is offered with a countermeasures suite to counter the rising threat of terrorist attacks using shoulder fired missiles.

EA-372B 'Global Mover' Cargo Version, features rear and front cargo doors on side of airframe. 84 million each.

EA-372C 'Global Extender' Air to Air refuelling Version: 94 million each
Features six unpressurized integral-body fuel cells, three aft of the wing and three forward, all located in underdeck vented cavities. A crashworthy design makes use of keel beams and strategically placed energy absorption material to protect the tanks. Under-fuselage panels permit direct access to each cell for installation, removal, system inspection and maintenance and structural inspection. Total Fuel Cpaciy of 292,000 PoundsAll fuel is usable or transferable via either boom or probe and drogue refueling

EA-372D 'Watch Tower' AWACS Version: 116 million each
Features:
ERSS-44-7 Multi-role Electronically Scanned Array radar fitted above the rear fuselage of the aircraft. This is combined with an Open Systems Architecture mission system with eight common console stations for the mission crew, the radar itself features Long Range (420 nmi), 360 degree coverage in less than 10 seconds, Integrated IFF, Beam Steering, Interleaved multi-mode operation.

EA-372E 'Luxury Liner' VIP/Government Aircraft: 112 million each
Features: Accommodations include an executive suite consisting of a stateroom (with dressing room, lavatory and shower) and executive office. A conference/dining room is also available. Other separate accommodations are provided for guests, senior staff, and security personnel, and the news media. Two galleys provide up to 60 meals at one sitting. Six passenger lavatories, are provided as well as a rest area and mini-galley for the aircrew. The aircraft also has a compartment outfitted with medical equipment and supplies for minor medical emergencies. Heads of states and other decision-makers can conduct business anywhere around the world using improved telephones, satellites, television monitors, facsimiles and copy machines. Additional equipment includesmilitary navigation equipment, a military Identification Friend/Foe transponder, a UHF satellite communications radio, a secure voice and data transmission capability.

EA-372F 'Red Eye' Signals/Electronic Intelligence Aircraft: 136 million each
Features: Features of this aircraft are classified however it can be assumed that the sensors aboard this aircraft matches or exceeds tose on the RC-135. This aircraft will only be sold to nations considered as allies by UE[b]
