Greatings fellow nationstates
We are pleased to announce the opening of our uranium mines, we are producing civilian grade uranium for use in thermal nuclear reactors.
All nations wishing to purchase this fuel grade uranium must first pass a vetting process to ensure that the uranium is not to be processed to create weapons grade plutonium.

Twy-Sunrats itself has outlawed the development and production of thermal nuclear devices (as well as all other WOMD) within it's borders and would be most displeased if ir's uranium was used for anything other than civilian or power supply purposes.

Potential buyers should contact our contracts department

The government of Henleaze Avenue may wish to purchase some civilian-grade uranium in the near future. We are looking into ways of producing energy and uranium-powered nuclear power stations are just one of the many options we are considering. However, be assured that should we decide on nuclear power as the best energy supply, we will be buying our uranium from the esteemed nation of Twy-Sunrats.

And it would be our pleasure to supply.
Of course if you discover a more efficent source of energy we would be most interested in aquiring such facilities as we are unwilling to become to dependent on a single source of power. As the words of General Hashrim, "No resource is eternal, all things run out at somepoint my fellows, never rely on a single well." shortly before the battle of Navrim Mound where the good General and his followers lost their lives.

The people of Hutu long for a lasting power supply as we have had our problems being able to secure a natural meens of power since we have no ability to mine the rugged terrian of our country, yet our small country surely cannot afford the price of your Urianium, possibly if we could strike a deal, then in time we could pay you for your resources.

Greatings, Twy-Sunrats Enriched Uranium retails for $35 a lb
In order to run a 1000mW nuclear plant you require apprx 1200 tonnes of enriched uranium requiring 1/4 to be replaced per annum.
There are 2205 (rounded up) lb per tonne.
So 1 tonne of enriched uranium costs $77175
So to start a 1000mwatt plant would cost $92,610,000
Yearly fuel replacements would cost $23,152,500
We would be happy to spread these costs as long as you would enter into a five/ten/twenty/forty year supply contract (rates negotiated)
please send me a telegram to arrange costs.

We neither produce nor intend to produce plutonium.

We would like the 20 year contract but we do not fully understand your refuel costs and payments. Possibly if you could explain this better we can get down to the signing of the deal.

20 pounds of uranium? Hmmm what are you running super clean, hyper efficent reactors? as my estimates from the nuclear authorities say a 1000Mw plant requires 1200 tonnes to get started(I may be wrong that may be for a 100Mwatt reactor either way there big)... 20 pounds could only have one use, and that would be weapons... which we expressly forbid. If you have a diffrent make of station please point me in the direction of it's specifications and my people will inform me of it's legitimacy.

Good Freind Al-Ishmiel
The price for the yearly refuel cost covers the provision of the 25% of uranium that is depleated during the course of nuclear fission each year. These charges would be due at a time decided between the company and yourselves (start of the year, middle of the year, end of year) up to you. This shall guarantte your supply of fuel for the next 5,10,20 years at the prices stated.
