Consortium Intelligence & Propaganda have released an statement wich includes the followong:
''Since were expanding our borders and new countries have entered the Consortium it has been decided to increase our military's into one Hapan Navy.
This is purely defensive (for now) and not for attack.
Shinaria has started developing new Research Projects for more advance weaponry and fighters/ships. Several of such is the research of the Hapan Battledragon and the Miy'til Fighter.
We feel that our current military is obsolete and have started new Training Programs for our troops and we need to protect the Consortium against any Evil Empire.
We expect that the entire operation (Wich will cost several billion ShinCreds) will at least take until 31-december.
After that were going to test the new advancements and start our space-explorations program.
In the meantime; we encourage anyone who wants to enter the Consortium.''
