The nations of McLeod03, Ancient and Holy Terra as well as Zvarinograd has decided that we will stand as a peacekeeping force and halt any and all hostilities until both sides can agree to peace instead of fighting this war built on misunderstanding. We urge all countries involved to stand down and hold a conference to properly address this situation so that there wont be any bloodshed.

The largest McLeodian naval task force ever assembled has finally reached the waters of Prespolis. The task force will stop, with all necessary force, ANY naval vessel entering Prespolisian waters without permission of the Prespolisian government, other than those vessels from nations involved in peace-keeping duties.

The task force commander, the newly promoted Rear-Admiral Jules Hilton, controls the fleet from the bridge of a Nightingale-class battle carrier, deep below the surface. The 3-D viewscreen offers the perfect view of the battle field, using holographic projecters to shwo the positions of every ship within 100 miles.

Less than 50 miles from the McLeodian taskforce, a similarly massive Terran fleet is quickly approaching Prespolis. Five nuclear carriers, each of them Trimarans, formed the centerpiece of this huge battlegroup, while scores of smaller vessels made up the defensive screen. The power of this fleet was rivaled by the ferocity of the storm they were currently riding through. Rain sheeted down from the black-clouded sky.

Aboard the flagship, an immense vessel named Pride of Terra, it was a scene of complete calm that was the total antithesis of the violent storm outside. Belowdecks in the Admiral's quarters, reclining in his plush leather chair, Lord Admiral Yamato Ishida was reading a book, appreciating the muffled sound of the rainstorm.

However, in the bridge, Captain Kaiden was transmitting a message to the McLeodian taskforce.

Attention, honorable naval forces of McLeod03. This is TRIAD Navy Taskforce Implacable, from the nation of Ancient Terra. We are requesting permission to join your defensive ring.

Task Force Implacable, Task Force Implacable, this is Rear Admiral Jules Hilton of the McLeodian task force. Permission granted. Transmitting subamrine locations now. Hopefully, we won't have to fire a shot, but if we do, bear in mind that we have a lot of submarine forces in the area, i don't want a stray torpedo sinking one of the patrol craft, or worse, running into the Monitor.

(Secret IC comment) Hilton was one of the first naval commanders, and is well known for his aggressive tactics.

I asume that Dark Republic is a freind and ally and that no enemys will come from that direction, if not settled by air.
I have goten information that my men (200 000 + veichels) is to be in defence around Dontana and in the moutains around it, especially the northern moutains. I will take the control over this area as soon as my men and veichels has been transported (probally takes 2,5 RL days atleast).

As requested, free passage will be given to coalition ships wishing transit to Letican Island. Inform us one hour in advance so that the identity of the vessel can be verified so as not to allow an attack force into Letican.

A first C-130 with Tadjik troops arrived at the airbase of Dolarhra a couple of minutes ago, these light troops will prepare the arrival of the IPIP (Independent Peace Intervention Prespolis) force, 15.000 men of different branches will setup a safe corridor around the city, protect and help civilians who need it and, if deemed nessecary, defend the city.

Dolarhra is declared Open city by Prespolis which means he withdraws his forces there, no troops of either side are allowed to enter the city unless disarmed by Tadjik peacekeepers. We ask each and every nation in this conflict to respect our effort to aid innocent civilians.

If nessecary, the city of Dolarhra can be used for peacenegotiatons, Tadjikistan will, in such a case, offer diplomats to aid the peacenegotiatons.

For all nations involved this is a map (a rather crude one, sorry :( ) of the territoies of Prespolis.

MOST OF THE DEFENSES WILL BE PROVIDED BY COALITION TROOPS, ALL FIGURES BELLOW ARE OF COALITION TROOP STRENGTH.

The City of Dolarhra is currently occupied by 15, 000 Peace Keeping troops from the nation of Tadjikistan.

The Empire of Kelsh, has been given the task of heading up Northern Command, which includes 200, 000 + troops and will defend the cities of Socratia, and Dontana.

Norahc has been placed in charge of Western Sea Command, based from the island of Letican, the City of Prespolita.

Central Command will be based from Athenia and run by the Prespolian High Command, and be defended by the Prespolian Military alone, the only exception will be any peacekeepers that ish to be stationed in the capital.

Western Command, and Southern Command positions are being negociated, and will be posted shortly. Some 200, 000+ troops are already commited to these areas.

Several large Neutral Fleets have anchored of the coast and are blockading all but the straights between the island and the mainland.

I would much prefer an airfield manned entirely by McLeodian troops. If all Tadjikistani troops are removed by the time our forces arrive, then there will be no problem. Do i have your assurance this will occur?

Our airforce will remain on standby, if ever the battle starts we will initiate a massive air campaign on the offending forces with orders to dehabilitate (i.e. cripple logistics) rather than to destroy. That will be all.

The nation of Prespolis thanks Asker for its much needed help. Asker is now in charge of Southern Command, this area is a naturally fortified zone centered on the city of Stephamuchus. There is an airfield there and it is from Southern Command, with your forces, that we hope to base forces for the air war and defense of Prespolian air space. The river to Stephamuchus is natigatable by large ships. Southern Command is the largest of the defense regions, but it covers some of the best fortified areas in Prespolis, Mountains to the North and East, plus marshes to the West make it a hard target for an invading army, if all else fails, this will be te region that will undoubtly last the longest. We are greatly honored to have you serve with us.

Prespolian High Command

The Dominion of Eredron implores all nations involved to accept international mediation in this dispute; continued deployment and mobilization of forces serves only to fuel the fire.

However, Eredron will honor its pledge to Prespolis. Five hundred million Marks have been set aside for humanitarian purposes in Prespolis, as have over five hundred tons of medical and military equipment. We will send more assistance to Prespolis as needed.

"We have, as much of the world has aswell, seen the Rotovian response, we have read their proposal. The Nation of Prespolis would like to address the main points of this deal.

The conditions were unacceptable. So I make this offer. I ask that Prespolis issue a complete surrender. Also it will denounce any and all military intentions that coudl destablise world peace. Weapons inspectors and peace keepers will be allowed unrestricted access to their nation. In return their current government may retain power and their nation may run relatively unobstructed in matters of internal policy.

First a complete surrender.

The nation of Prespolis will not agree to this, this is merely a vieled attempt to occupy our territory. We will not, and believe the neutral nations would not want, a foreign force upon our soil.

Second, Weapons inspectors and peacekeepers.

The city of Dolarhra has been declared an open city, Tadjikistani troops currently occupy the city, no Prespolian or coalition forces are there. The waters of Prespolis are now patrolled by the fleets of 4 neutral peacekeeping nations. We have opened our doors to peacekeepers above and beyond what is expected.

We have already declared ourselves free of any current WMD programs, and have no weapons such as these in our arsenal, if the leaders of concerned nations would address a previous communique from our High Command, you will see that we have already asked that no WMDs be used by our allies or our enemies. We would be willing to allow weapons inspectors from the current neutral nations to have unrestricted access to all sites of interest.

Our only condition for an end to this crisis is that Rotovia, and its allies, turn their ships around, and allow the members of the neutral nations to preform any required search for WMDs.
This is surely enough to end the current crisis and go back to our own pursuits. Hopefully reason will prevail in this dispute.

The massive Rotovian Navy grinds to a halt one kilometer from Prespolian waters. Onboard each vessel the crew has essemble on deck to hear the voice of their President.

The president of The Atlantic Region steps to the podium

Members or Parliment, we have embarked on the support of the nation of Prespolis in their fight against the tyranny of Rotovia and her allies. To rid this world of evil, sacrifices must and will be made. General mobilization has been ordered for the three million troops of our armed forces. We encourage many others to enlist to fight. Our full airforce and navy is under a stage of high alert. This is a must for the preservation of freedom throughout our region, and throughout the world.

Canadien Bacons peacekeeping fleet has entered position 50 miles south of the McLeodian fleet, and will fire upon any unauthorized planes or ships in the neutral zone. Should hostilities break out, our fleet will withdraw and join in formation with the remaining fleet before taking sides in conflict. FIRING UPON THIS FLEET DURING PEACEKEEPING MISSION WILL RESULT IN A DECLARATION OF WAR against the offending country.

To the nations involved in this conflict. The nations of Rotovia and Prespolis hereby announce our intention to work towards a peaceful end to this crisis. We ask that all nations instantly halt their mobilization, stopping all forces which have not yet arrived in theater. A council for peace will be set up in a neutral nation, and this group shall meet to address the grievances of the nations involved and work to resolve them in a non-violent manner. The nation of Tra Li has offered such services and now will be asked to host this meeting. This meeting will occur in 2 days, givening each nation time to send their delegation, and givig the host nation time to prepare for the meeting. The nation of Rotovia has made clear the terms of this meeting, and we shall now disclose our own delegation in hopes that this act of transperancy will boost the legitimacy of this action in to any nation with doubts to its fairness or true intention. We gladly welcome all delegates to our nation.We hope that you will be able to settle your differences here and not on the battlefield.

The Prespolis delegates have been recognised and are awaiting the Rotovian delegates.I offer myself as mediator however if this is unacceptable would both parties decide upon an accpetable neutral mediator.

As for ground rules,We will allow a small compliment of personal guards from each delegate however they MUST be limited to Pistol's,Backup SMG's and an Asp or other baton type weapon.This im afraid is non negotiable for both your defence and the defence of the Tra Li people.

I do not see any reason to put the attacks against Rotovia in this concern and i hope (if that is what Prespolis whants) that it will not break the work with peace between Prespolis and Rotovia.

Note that kelsh will not set out any bojcott of Shing-Shang as this is not how we work in Kelsh and Kelsh dosent hold any iron fist on the companys, let them export and import as they want (ofcourse with reglegation)

And for all those wondering Prespolis did not order, know, or otherwise advice in any way the unilateral action taken by Shing-Shang, nor was Shing-Shang in contact with any member of the Coalition forces.
