The United Socialist States of Zvarinograd has taken into account both nation's reasons for war, analyzed the situation and brought forth a point of view for other nations to realize what is going on.

On Rotovia's side,

They believe that the nation of Prespolis is threatening all nations into joining thier alliance, they obviously take this as threat to thier nation and have declared hostilities against Prespolis.

On Prespolis' side,

They believe that they are only wishing for an alliance to strengthen thier military defenses. It seems they are either avoiding or have no idea of the fact that they have threatened the international community.

We are the Confederated States of Prespolis, and we're looking for allies to help us strengthen our region of NEW LEU. New Leu is a new region for ambitious nations. Strong economies will be required of any nation joining. We are preparing now and building our forces, join us now, or fight us later. (This is the threat to the international community)

Our verdict:

The government of Prespolis is deemed to be unaware of it's own words, it has threatened the international community and has brought a bad reputation to a nation fighting for what they believe is right. Therefore, the nation of Prespolis and it's allies is considered to have imperialistic desires and must be stopped by the United Socialist States of Zvarinograd and the rest of this world's peacekeeping forces.

We are now mobilizing our airforce to bring air superiority to the side of Rotovia.

I suggest standing down your armed forces. This nation is no threat what so ever, nor are they the founder of the region. They have been persuaded by the real founder of the region, The Disputed Territories of The Dark Republic.

Prespolis is no threat what so ever to you, or even Rotavia. Rotavia immediately decided that instead of mediating, they would attack this country.

This is not the way world leaders act. Prespolis and his allies are not imperialistic, they are not the aggressors.

We see, however, the war still stands. There must be a diplomatic solution to this before lives are wasted on what will happen yet again due to the influence of this region. Does your nation have any suggestions as to our course of action?

As always, i recommend a force to prevent either side attacking, possibly using McLeodian troops, and even troops of your own.

With the area safe, a conference of leaders could be held. If people sit down and discuss the problems, war can be avoided. I can assure you that those opposed to this weill be Rotovia and SPARTEN.

If we are to have a force to prevent either side from attacking each other, we would need help. The nations becoming involved on either side are increasing as we speak.

Between my nations (Ancient Terra: Population 1 Billion; Neo Garner: Population 1.3 Billion), I believe I could at least keep both sides from tearing each other apart...for a while.

Zvarinograd, while Prespolis' words may sound threatening, you're exactly right: they're unaware of what they're saying. Taking a statement like that from a nation such as Angelus might be cause for alarm, however, a veiled thread from a small nation such as Prespolis shouldn't be taken so seriously.
