-From: Minister of Economics
-To: whom it may concern
As of today Souzaphonia is altering its policy on Uranium export.
From now on any nation that wishes to acquire uranium from one of the three Souzaphonian state-owned processing plants is obligated to hand over evidence that they will not use the Uranium for military purposes, or that they will not sell the uranium to any country that would use it for military purposes.
As of now all existing export-permits are withdrawn. Countries wishing to buy uranium from us are to apply for a permit again.
Souzaphonian embassies and consulates around the globe have been issued with the necessary requestforms. Contact the embassies for more information.
Kind regards
Frank Wallet, Souzaphonian minister of Economics
