Anyone sells Package Armies?

A few days ago our Minister of Defense saw a publication about a nation selling package armies, you know, tanks, vehicles, aircraft, etc.. something like Klonor's package fleet.
We are interested in refitting our ground forces and since our dear Minister was unable to recall the Nation or retreive the information he was fired on the spot.
Any nations that sell such packages please get in contact with the Ansgar Brant, new Minister of defense of Argheraal.

i would suggest searching and buying if you intend to get a good military, but if your only refitting poorly equiped troops i think some packages out there.

Well, hmm.. i think refitting is not the proper word, but equip well.. there was a thread of some nation that sold packages.. but for the life of me i cant remember who it was!!..
and of course i was dumb enough not to bookmark it..
