My government has asked to express our intention of full cooperation in ending all forms of slavery.
Although we have yet to implement legislature of this nature (we are but a small and young state), we will do everything in our power to assist you.

We do not believe slavery is right....however, we do enforce cheap labour upon our prisoners in ou jails.
So do we. Three hots and a cot don't come cheaply, and the taxpayers like the idea of getting a big tax break by having prisoners work off their debit to society rather than paying for prisons with taxpayer money. Our inmates do get pay for working, though. And free room and board in top-of-the-line well maintained facilities. Almost makes you want to commit a crime. Except that whole "losing your freedom" thing has been a real deterrent.
This is our message to all nations out in the world. you see yourslef coming home woking hard everyday appreciate to live life. The slaves don't. They work but they don't get paid, they get tortured, humiliated, and defenseless. Think of it. Imagine if you were a slave is it right? It isn't right at all. We are in support of you Calpurnia in this alliance.
