WHEREAS, the New Montreal Holy Council has announced that 5,000 special ops troops are to be trained and equipped in a new battalion for service abroad when we so deem it to be in our defensive interests,
WHEREAS, transport needs for these Troops so levyed must be met promptly if the Troops are to be fit to serve our Empire,
BE IT RESOLVED, that closed bids (to be telegraphed to the Subcouncil for Procurement, #30 Halls of St. Anthony, rue St-Antoine, New Montreal) are accepted from this point on for 48 hours (ending at 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday). Bids revceived after this point will be rejected with a sarcastic remark to be generate by the Subcounsel for Intensive Sarcasm,
BE IT RESOLVED, said bids should provide sufficient transportation for 5,500 men, 200 Jeeps and sufficient fuel, ammunition and equipment for a 7 day campaign in hostile territory. Said bids MUST provide specs on the helicopters to be provided. A link to a picture of the helicopters would be nice but not mandatory.
THEREFORE, we have signed and sealed this note with the approval of the Holy Counsel on the 19th of November In The Year Of Our Lord 2003.
