I am prepared for war. No need to waste money on education or sports. All of it goes to the military R&D sector and all the other branches of the military.

OOC:Pure genius! You don't invest in education so how can any of your population have the slightest clue about developing such weapons - it's WMD you don't include the O because it's a joining word.

As a one of the worlds more younger nations I must urge Nuclear Warfare to reconsider its actions. The creation of WMD is a dark alley we must all strive to avoid for fear of a total apocalypse.

The construction of WMD's for such a young nation such as yourself is a massive waste on resources and an incredibley high cost to the nation. Where will the funds come from? Crime Prevention? Welfare? Funds have to come from somewhere.

once again i urge you, for your peoples own sake to file your plans for WMD, at least until you can justify such a project.
