The Holy Empire of ImperlicPrussia would like to announce that it had aided the security of the Pacific region. A Biological Weapons program has been conducted on undesirable elements of the unruly and large prison population. Further to these tests a biological weapons security safeguard exists in the country. I must inform all of you that a hardened second strike capability has been formulated and we are confident that this will be recognised short of actual use. This is part of out military adherence to the deterrence theory and due to this we do not therefore feel the need to conduct Reakpolitik in foreign affairs.

The Government and People would like to take the opportunity to affirm our belief in self determination, democracy, capitalism and regional security, and welcomes dialogue with any state re any outstanding issue.
