The small innocent nation of Prespolis has been targeted for war by The Constitutional Monarchy of Rotovia, simply for wishing to create defences and alliances with other nations. There's no way we can fight them alone, please lend your help or we shall be wiped out!

Our nation is so small that such an amount of money woul completey bankrupt us, but if you and your region provide us security, we would be able to restore ourselves. We shall pay in four installments, is this acceptable?

Firstly, why are you being attacked and can you give me proof that it is the only reason. Because if this war is unjustified then we may be willing to help you, free of charge… we will expect the aggressors to re-compensate us when we are done helping you… if we help you, I’m not defending some tin-pot dictatorship that got it’s self in trouble.

If your claim is ok, we will help however, and we alone are probably more then enough to assist you… though if for some odd reason we are not then we will get assistance.

I suggest you don’t bother with mercenaries… they are usually extortionate and I have my doubts about this nation.

If you can supply us with the relevant proof (OOC: links and the such) then we will be willing to assist you.

Although this was meant to provoke interest, it was by no means a general invitation for a free for all war. As you can see we have been threaten, and The Constitutional Monarchy of Rotovia has already formally declared war. We are not yet big enough to defend this onslaught. "Greetings nations of the world, we have now before us, a threat, to the independent right of every nation to create a military, to form alliances, and to generally go about its private business, without the harrassment and interference of powerful warmongering nations. We have tried to resolve this matter peacefully, and avert hostilities that will undoubtedly cause massive damage, and loss of life. However these attempts were ignored and the Rotovian leadership has decided instead to pursue a course for war and not for peace. We have assembled a coalition, with the understading that should the time come, military action would be needed on the part of member nations to defend the integrity of the Prespolian State, therefore we are now engagede in a conflict, a war that must be won in order to secure the rights of all nations.

We have reports that Rotovian ships are closing in, we have 9 - 12 hours before the first ships come into striking range. We are the Confederated States of Prespolis, and we're looking for allies to help us strengthen our region of NEW LEU. New Leu is a new region for ambitious nations. Strong economies will be required of any nation joining. We are preparing now and building our forces, join us now, or fight us later.

I believe the nation Rotovia interpreted the statement "Join us now, or fight us later." as a threat, and decided to eliminate a clearly aggressive nation before it gained enough support to be dangerous. Is that attack really unprovoked? Is it the act of a warmonger, or a leader concerned about national security?

I am not certain, but I believe that SPARTEN, the leader of Sparta, will side with Rotovia on this matter. As a member of Sparta, I will support his decision- so long as there is reason for it. Sparta, by the way, does not make Ally or Enemy threats, and we recently resolved a conflict with Land of Saido peacefully.

1st through 4th CBG, supported by 2nd SCBG, and escorted by 1st-9th CPG and 2nd-4th SCPG have been deployed to defend agains the Rotavian fleet.

In support, 1 AWACS, 1 JSTARS, 2 EB-1C, 2 MB-1C, 12 AF-100, and 4 AL-52 Dragons are on standby, awaiting deployment to the nearest airfield to the coast.

Thanks for the help Norahc, I've put up a list of my own forces, plus the forces of coalition members so far pledged, the map is up, but since its bad you'll have to use your imaginaton on this on, I'm putting u in charge of the defenses around the city of Dolahra and the Island of Liticia, and the only city on the island, Perspolita.

I don't know if any other nation has volunteered for general duties, but I'll be more than happy to have your help.

Ancient Terra will be taking an active interest in this war. As a nation of 1 billion people, we believe it is our role in the international community to provide aide to those nations which will be affected by this war. Therefore, Ancient Terra will join the coalition currently opposing the aggressive nation of Rotovia.

Although we will not commit any ground forces just yet, we have begun mobilizations of several divisions. Prime Minister Alexandrov read the latest reports from Prespolis, "Hell, what troops do we have ready." His military adviser read a list, "the 3rd Infantry Brigade and 6th Armoured division are ready to go, and the 7th Mechanized Infantry division can be ready in a few days." The PM tapped his fingers on his desk. "What about naval forces?" "We can get some from Smolny, the Tokerev and North Germanian navies can handle it." He smiled "Good, send the 3rd, 6th and when they are ready, the 7th. Also, divert some of our fleet from Smolny to Prespolis and warn Rotovia of our entrance into the conflict, and warn them of the possibility of a counter-invasion, but tell them that we will be willing to accept peace, since we can wipe them off of the map..." The adviser stood up, saluted and walked out of the room.

The PM picked up his phone and called General Nikolai in Smolny, "General, We need a company at least of Hat Guards to defend Prespolis.", "Prime Minister, I have the 12th ready to go on your command." "Good, ship them out immediately."

To prove this you may ask nations such as Attawar whom we occupied for a brief perios when their citzens rebelled against the corrupt government and we allowed the nation to handle this matter themselves resulting in a peacful new government. This nation was treated with compassion and respect and is now a faithful ally of Rotovia. We are not a war loving nation and hope that the Preplois can realise it's folly and aggree to our terms. I hope that it never comes to hostilities but I cannot stop it if it does. Everything now rests in the hands of Prespolis, for to allow them to create a militant force that could destablise world power would be a grave mistake indeed. I pray that this can be resolved peacefully and swiftyly."

It was a quite morning the Democratic leader Jonny was going through so problems in parliament. Then a messanger apeared from Oploto saying "My ally Prespolis has been attacked by Rotovian for no apparent reason please help."
Jonny got out of his chair and signalled for Parliament to be dissmissed and for the army generals to be called in. After some time in their bunker they decided to help prespolis. Jonny had a strange smirk on his face as he left the bunker to go to another Parliament held later that day. He went through with Parliament and pledged alliegence with prespolis. He met again with the Generals saying "Send in the S.A.S teams, and the tanks!"
