the lord and ruler of west china has declared today that the currently immoblie new thailand is now developing nuclear warheads for defensive purposes. New thailand, ally and friend to west china has access to mining uranium and due to tecnological advantages(no really new thailand has like 200 million people)(actually I am new thailand but some loser changed my password) :x

The Republic of Ozymandias IV condems the actions of both West China and New Thailand as it pursues a nuclear program.
It has long been our position that the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction has a destabilising effect on the NS world's nations. And we are saddened to hear of another nation-state subscribing to the doctrine of 'mutually assured destruction'.
We respectfully urge both West China and New Thailand to halt its research into WMD construction and apply your scientific efforts to other areas.
