The Kalkoran Senate has passed a resolution seeking the construction of a modern military, consisting of the following:

NAVAL:
One carrier battle group (you design it for me)
Approximately 30 aircraft for the carrier

Helicopter carrier with the following capacity:
~5 Ospreys
~10 Apache-style attack helicopters

Several landing craft

ARMY:
30,000 assault rifles
We have the industry to build tanks and other neccessary vehicles and equipment

AIR FORCE:
Our military is a naval entity, so only a small defensive air force is needed.

OOC: I realize that this will cost a ton of money. Yes, I realize that sum of costs > military budget. Therefore, I will not be purchasing this all at once, but rather over a period of time. I don't have a big knowledge of military things, so feel free to design packages for me.

The Government of the Dominion of Dinoponera notes the current increasing use of depleted uranium munitions in modern military organisations. With this in mind, the Dominion of Dinoponera would like to draw attention to our developed uranium mining and processing industry. We would be pleased to supply materials necessary for the production of depleted uranium munitions to the Government of Kalkori. May we also draw attention to our stocks of U-236 should the Government of Kalkori feel it necessary to develop a non-conventional deterrant in the future.

Dinopnera, it's U-235 that is fissionable, not U-236.

Moontian is willing to provide the requested arms, however, the carrier will have a larger airforce than has been stipulated. To counter this, the aircraft will be marked at a discounted price. Ospreys are not a part of the Moontian defence forces, but will be substituted with Black Hawks or Sea Hawks, if need be.

The aircraft and rifles are currently in transit. The ships will arrive when all the money has been wired.

We also recommend, and would be happy to provide for the right fee, upgrading the V-22s to our own MV-32s.

We would convert the first for no cost, and the others, if you agreed with the deal, for a subsidised rate.

These aircraft are not commercially available, and are a marked improvement over the original V-22.

By strengthening the airframe using lightweight alloys and ceramics, McLeodian engineers found it was possible to replace the two rotor engines with ME216A/K9i jet engines.
