thie declares that CorpSac is not allowed to produce more then 10000 Clonetroopers and that all clone production must be halfed. Also Clones can no longer be used in jobs such as food manufactors, Arms manufactors, Shop keeping, Cival serivces, Hospital doctors,nurses, sergions or Researchers.
Resons for this law are beocuse of the growing unemployment in CorpSacand the New CLoen riots around the Nation. this new law will be inforced on the 21/11/2003.
People celabrate this new law as of 21/11/2003 new jobs will be aviable and unemployment is due to drop 62%. Clones will still Free Labor in CorpSac in jobs more fitting such as manual laber for buildings and such.

changes to the Law state that Clones no longer have rights, at Midnight 2night all Clones are being forced to Quit there jobs and work in Less desireble placeings.
27% of clones are expected to be Termintated over the next few weeks. this new Section in the Law was passed deu to the killing of Akira Sucami.
the Law now states:

1.clones can not be emplyed in food manufactors, Arms manufactors, Shop keeping, Hospital doctors,nurses, sergions or Researchers or Chairmembers.

2. No clone are permitted to go above Zone 5 in Mega Prime.

3. All clones must be taged and move to new Resertal Areas

4. Clone pop will be Droped by 27%

5. Clones are forced use different Transport or go to Areas for Clones on public transport

6. Any clone Breaching This Law will be terminated

7. Clones can not breed with out permits
