The "Mon Ecliptus" is now 90% complete but can move and fight, it's sheild and subspace drive are down. Estimated completion half NS year(Half a day). The ship is about 5x larger thatn the huge command carriers. Its probable that the Sebecean government will invest in about 5 more in the future.
