A city split in half many years ago. Each half was ruled by its own mayor. Theere have been several mayors for the south half, but the north half's mayor is still alive. Recently, the two cities have started a war. The city is located in a country called "Lutimartiliona". The northern city is "Seifer City", named after the immortal mayor; the southern city is "Ceres Garden City", which was what the whole city (joined) was once called.
Both cities have shutdown their borders to stop people from entering or leaving.
Maroxia has gained permission to enter both cities. We shall provide transportation to any country leaders, diplomats, etc. who may be stuck in the area. Please let me know if you're going to need transportation out of the cities.
