MAIN INFORMATION COMMISARIAT

Factions in Attawar:
Bolvakonists: Socialist-Democrats
Communists: Nationalist-Marxists
The Bolvakonists are the smallest faction in Attawar. They are more democratic then the Communists and their goal is to serve the people and keep the democracy.
The Communists are the largest faction in Attawar. They have the most supporters. They are more socialistic then the Bolvakonists and their goal is to form a perfect Marxist Republic, and preserve it from agressors.
All Commisariats have from 6 to 10 comyitsars. Every Commisariat hold as much Communist as Bolvakonist comyitsars.
The leaders of the Commisariats are called Consultarian-Comyitsars. They all meet together with the Consuls (leaders of the 2 factions) twice per month. There are in total 11 Consultarian-Comyitsars, and 76 regular comyitsars.
There is a separate section wich works for the goverment called the Black Lotus. They are the Special Police force of Attawar. They are a large organisation, and their duties are comparable to the ones of the CIA, FBI and the KGB.
They work very close with the Commisariat of Defence. The leader of the Black Lotus is Kenshin. Rumors are that he designed the plan to assasinate the emperor during the Attawan revolution. He is a Bolvakonist and is a great tactician.

RATTOV WEAPONS FACILITY

The Rattov weapons facility is a goverment corporation wich handels the entire weapons production of Attawar.
It has three sections:
- The Productive Section
- The Strategic Section
- The Scientific Section
The productive section works under the guidance of the Commisariat of Economy
It handels the actual production of the weapons, such as the factories, storages etc...
Example: The Rattov Factory outside of Tche-Yang'an
The Strategic section works under guidance of the Commisariat of Defence
It handels all the strategic ressearch on the use of weaponsand the developement of Attawan strategies.
Example: The infantry arming plan
The scientific Section works under guidance of the Commisariat of Scientific Ressearch
It handels developement of new weapons or improvements of all weapons.
Example: The invention of the AR-03 assault rifle
Each of these sections is leaded by 2 comyitsars. One Communist and one Bolvakonist.
They all have to report the progress and news to there supperiors (Consultarian Comyitsars) evey week.
