Edit: Alright, After reading your post EG. I've decided to formall reply.

1. The question was for comic relief, a joke. And the PRESIDENT bought one. Out of pocket. If you would've read closer, you could've seen that.

2. It would've been nice if you had noted the context of that remark. It was directed towards Nukes.

3. Yes, so I was going to sell him choopers, what of it? He was rebuilding his army I was going to help. It wasn't as if I was giving him WMD. That would've truly made me a hypocrite.
