The ACROSS Global and Intergalatic Alliance!
Motto: "World Peace through Global Conquest."
Purpose: To establish true and everlasting peace on Earth and in all known sectors of the Universe by systematic conquest.
Terms, Condictions, Benefits, and So Forth of the Alliance:
1. Nations seeking to join the ACROSS Alliance must have ideals similar or compatible to our owns and whose goals are world peace and equality for all sentiant life forms.
2. Nations seeking to join the ACROSS Alliance must accept having an ACROSS Mobile Fortress in or near their capitial. The exact location of the Mobile Fortress will be known only to the ruler of the member nation and to Master That Man. Rulers will not know the location of another nation's Mobile Fortress.
3. Nations in the Alliance will not be conquered by any Branch of ACROSS once the appointed day arrives.
4. Once the appointed day arrives for "The Grand Unification," all member nations must partake in the systematic World Conquest.
5. If a non-member nation attacks a member nation of the Alliance, then all member nations may declare war on and counter-attack the offending nation.
6. Member nations may not attack another member nation. If one nation attacks another in the Alliance, the offending nation will be rejected from the Alliance. Disagreements between member nations MUST be settled in a diplomatic and peaceful manner.
7. Member nations must agree to disassemble any nuclear/biological/chemical/other WMDs they may posses, as such weapons are an atrocity of the highest degree.
8. Member nations will be assigned two or three ACROSS Agents.
Mission Statement: This world is corrupt! (HOW is it corrupt? For the moment, we shall decline to elaborate. Just trust us, it's corrupt. :)) The globe in it's entirity must be set aright, and it is the goal of ACROSS and members of the rightous and just ACROSS Alliance to see that goal come to fruitation. Join us, for a peaceful and brighter future for the Earth!

OOC: For those wondering, yes alot of that was and is BS. There will never be a "Day of the Grand Unification." I'm no n00b b00b. :P This is just a chance to have my own little alliance thing. It just for kicks, ya know? With that in mind, any posts containing "Your puny nation and alliance is insignificant, I will crush you!" or along those lines will be IGNORED, as anyone stupid enough to take the "goals" of this Alliance seriously deserves to be IGNORED. Recognize this for what it is: A fun alliance for peace loving people. And to the people who join, look at the bright side: You get your own ACROSS Mobile Fortress (That UFO looking thing in Episodes 23-25 of Excel Saga. I might be bothered to post a pic and stats later.) and 2 to 3 ACROSS Agents! Well, I hope plenty of people join. But just to be safe, I'm wearing my flame proof undies. /OOC
