This is getting ridiculous. So far, we've got two nations created less than a week ago vowing to stand up against Rotovia, who is far larger than they are combined.

Oh, and then there's Dinoponera: You can't sell Uranium, you know why?

1.) To get high-quality uranium suitable for use in nuclear weapons, you need to enrich it. Something as complicated as enriching uranium is far beyond the technological capabilities of a nation of your size: technically, you shouldn't even know much beyond the basics of nuclear power.

2.) You can't sell armour-piercing munitions, because quite frankly, you don't have any superdense materials suitable for armor-piercing weaponry. I assume that, from your previous comment about high-quality uranium products, you're referring to Depleted Uranium as a penetrator. The problem is, the key word in Depleted Uranium...is DEPLETED. Unless you've got nuclear reactors (which you don't, and even if you did, they would run off of plutonium), there's no way you could have enough depleted uranium to make any sizable number of armor-piercing sabots.

To the nations of Prespolis and Asker, we ask that you watch your step very carefully: Ancient Terra is watching you.

Hmm. A wealthy nation of 40 million unable to sell uranium despite mining it? Because we are too small? Perhaps the Government of Ancient and Holy Terra is unaware of the number of governments of this size which have developed nuclear capability. Besides, we are not offering the sale of ICBMs or even nuclear warheads, which, indeed, we do not currently produce (as we are a peace-loving nation), but simply some of the materials with which other nations can develop such a capability. Our only interest in this matter is in allowing other nations the freedom to develop for themselves a deterrent against aggressive states, and of course, to support our industrial base.

The civilian nuclear programme in our country has been progressing for some time, as it is our firm belief that nuclear power is the safest and least polluting energy source currently available. We are in need of boron for this programme as we are currently moving away from graphite as a moderator, so if the Government of Ancient Terra wishes to exchange boron for uranium we would certainly be receptive to such an offer.

As our nation is located within the peaceful region of NationStates, we find that we have a surplus of fissile materials, and thanks to the low demand for uranium products within our region, we must look elsewhere for potential customers.

"Greetings nations of the world, we have now before us, a threat, to the independent right of every nation to create a military, to form alliances, and to generally go about its private business, without the harrassment and interference of powerful warmongering nations. We have tried to resolve this matter peacefully, and avert hostilities that will undoubtedly cause massive damage, and loss of life. However these attempts were ignored and the Rotovian leadership has decided instead to pursue a course for war and not for peace. We have assembled a coalition, with the understading that should the time come, military action would be needed on the part of member nations to defend the integrity of the Prespolian State, therefore we are now engagede in a conflict, a war that must be won in order to secure the rights of all nations.

We have reports that Rotovian ships are closing in, we have 9 - 12 hours before the first ships come into striking range. Time is now our greatest enemy, for it is known that if we remain strong, and stand together with a united front, we will be able to meet, defeat, and turnback the forces of the Monarchy of Rotovia. This shall be our great test, this shall be our great hour. Ladies and Gentlemen... we are at WAR!"

OOC: I haven't established my exact naval fleet size until now, but this is based upon mobilisations of the real-life US Navy. It is not a reflextion of my actual Navy size, and please note seeing as Rotovia is to a large extent an archipeligo (resembles Athenian Empire in dimension and terrain) and conscription is regularily enforced it would be logical to assume my Navy would be vast, seeing as by conparrison my Army would be (and is) tiny.
