:D Today president Jackson announced that Neo Penguin has started a nuclear missle defence system. He states that this system would help protect his nation in the event of a nuclear war. Jackson also announced today that Neo Pengun has started a nuclear missle program. He also stated that Neo Penguin is in possion of 100, 20 Mega ton warheads. :D
:D On a lighter note the president announced today that three PCST's would be launched today and they would carry three of the remaning eight components for the UPSS. Engineres working on the station say that the UPSS will be complete in a few weeks. Two of the three shuttles are carying the components for the laboratory section of the station. These components will be nessary for the expiriments that will be conducted on board the UPSS. The third shuttle is carying the exercise pod for the astronaughts the people on board will exercise here to insure that mussle and bone decay do not occur. :D
