The Rogue State of Exonerate would like to contend that notion. The difference is that Brydog is aiming to protect his citizens from discrimination, while the Klan and Nazi are aiming to harm the groups they are prejudiced against. Not all Blacks/Jews/etc are liars, cheaters, criminals, etc, but nearly all Nazi/Klan members are racist, etc.
