Our troops began attacking a small town today with a force of 40,000 men and 50 tanks. Casualties on our side mounted to 3,000 and 8 tanks. Resistence was put up against us was very great and brave. I wonder if I made a mistake attacking.

More like an extremely godmodded, nonsense attack with no logistic support, and just assumed zero enemy resistance.
